The house was perfect for our family. Plenty of space with all the amenities that we needed. Pool was clean and good size for us. Close to Disney and Universal along with plenty of places to eat. I would stay at this house again in the future.

Our stay was fantastic. We didn't think we would need pool heat but we changed our minds once we got in the pool. We got pool heat the same day we requested it from the owner. Everything was clean, I am pretty hard to please when it comes to a clean house. I am the person who brings her own cleaning supplies, linens and towels. We also appreciated the safety features in the house. We are older travelers and needed a little guidance on using the electronics but everything worked out. My friend who slept in the Queen bedroom suggest the owner updates the mattress. I think there should be a chair upstairs to sit, I don't sit on my bed with outside clothes. We would definitely stay at this house again. The Club House has a theater, we were able to request an old Bette Davis movie to enjoy on the big screen. Thank you Jayne/Edward for being great host. We hope to visit again soon.

Thank you for the suggestion about having a chair in the king bedroom. After looking at the space, there isn't a spot that would work. I did purchase a chair and placed it in the hallway. Both bedrooms on the second floor will be able to utilize the chair. Thank you also for the kind words and we look forward to your next stay with us.

The property was lovely and very clean. Beach towels and tea towels were provided together with a few bin bags/kitchen paper towel and a couple of toilet rolls in each bathroom. This was a very thoughtful. We always take towels/ tea towels / cloths etc as self catering but added that thoughtful touch. The pool and hot tub were clean and the pool guy was very nice. A filter on the bottom of the hot tub was broken on our arrival and the pool guy replaced. We have stayed in Windsor Palms Resort before and this but this was our favourite villa. It is very quiet. The host is very attentive and quick to reply to any queries. We would definitely rent this property again and highly recommend this to everyone.

We have stayed at this complex for the last 6 years and this house was one of the best. It was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything needed for meals. The pool area was perfect, the kids were in the water every chance they had! We had 8 people and never felt crowded. Communication with the host and quick response to a couple of questions was immediate and top notch. We will definitely book this house again for future visits.

Jayne went above and beyond for us. The home was very clean, and we truly had a wonderful stay! We really appreciated all of the amenities, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals comfortably. The pool and game room were a huge hit with the kids and made our trip even more enjoyable. We’re grateful for such a great experience and would happily stay again!

As a family of 5 We had a wonderful stay in this lovely villa over the Christmas period . The host Jayne was very accommodating and added a few special touches that made our stay even better. Communication was great and nothing was too much trouble. The villa has all you could need and some! The pool area is lovely and we especially enjoyed evenings in the spa after a busy day at the parks. Windsor Palms resort is in a great location for the Disney parks with Animal Kingdom being only a few minutes away via the ‘secret’ back entrance! We would throughly recommend this villa as an excellent place to stay and would like to thank Jayne for being such a good host.
