The 70m² of living space on the ground floor are for the sole use and has underfloor heating, furnace and open-plan living / dining area with
SAT-TV. The kitchen is fully equipped including. Freezer, oven and dishwasher. 1 bedroom with
Double bed, 1 bedroom with sofa bed for 2 persons, 1 sofa bed in the living room and a spacious bathroom. Around the house there is a garden with a furnished terrace, a covered porch
and a parking space for your car.
The quiet but not secluded house in altitude (1000m) is surrounded by greenery at the edge of the forest.
From the terrace or patio you have a wonderful view of the Karawanken.
Swimmers come just as fun as walking on their friends.

Sehr schönes uns sauberes Ferienhaus, wie beschrieben, mit herrlichen Blick auf die Berge. 2 Terrassen, sodass man sich immer einen gemütlichen Platz suchen konnte. In der Umgebung gibt es einiges zu sehen und erkunden. Wir haben eine schöne Woche in diesem Domizil verbracht und können es nur weiterempfehlen

VielenLeichtmittel sind defekt, es war nicht genug Brennholz vorhanden. Das Haus ist sehr schön, die Ausstattung gut und die Lage wundervoll.

We hebben hier een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Het huisje was netjes en schoon, aan alle benodigdheden was gedacht. Het uitzicht was prachtig.Kortom: Een heerlijke vakantie waar de mogelijkheid is om echt te ontspannen.

Herrlich

Ein absolut schönes Holzhaus in perfekter Lage und herrlicher Aussicht. Einzig der Weg dorthin ist sehr ausgefahren und selbst der SUV setzt ab und zu auf. Behandelt das Haus gut und mit dem nötigen Respekt.

Ferienwohnung

Man spürte deutlich die Nachwirkung von Corona. Das Haus war lange nicht bewohnt und nicht gründlich gereinigt. Es gab Anzeichen dafür, dass der Vermieter oder Hausmeister nicht vorher geschaut haben, was nicht funktioniert (Terrassentür klemmte, im Badezimmerwaschbecken fließt das Wasser nicht gut ab. Heizung und Fernsehen funktionierten nicht gut. Wurde umgehend repariert. Das Haus ist schön gelegen und hat alles, was man braucht. Vermieter und Hausmeister waren sehr nett.

Ferien mitten in der Natur

Das Berghüsli ist ein kleines gemütliches, gut ausgestattetes Haus mit herrlichem Fernblick mitten in der Natur. Wenn man Ruhe liebt ist man hier wunderbar aufgehoben. Man muss kurvige enge Straßen fahren, aber schon am zweiten Tag freut man sich auf das "Heimkommen". Kommunikation mit den Vermietern unkompliziert.

Tolles Haus, schöne Lage

Wir waren vom 4. bis 18. August 2018 im Ferienhaus und haben das perfekte Haus und die tolle Lage genossen. Schöner Blick auf die Karawanken und kurze Wege zum Ossiacher und Wörther See. Kommen bestimmt mal wieder

Durchschnaufen....

Weg vom Alltag, über den Dingen, im wunderbar liebevoll eingerichteten Berghüsli den Urlaub und spektakuläre Sonnenuntergänge genießen - und trotzdem die schönsten Badeseen Kärntens quasi vor der Haustür haben: so stellen wir uns Urlaub vor! Wir können das Berghüsli nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Der Blick ist unbezahlbar

Wir waren das erste mal im Berghüsli und haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Vorallem diese Ruhe oben auf dem Berg und das gemütlich ausgestattete Haus. Inbesondere die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr ordentlich.
