Had issues with checkin with the property manager at Elders who said if I wanted less issues next time book direct with Elders instead of Wotif. She didn’t even get up from her desk at the back to talk to me. There was no linen, no towels included and she gave me one roll of toilet paper and one small soap in total for 5 people for 3 bathrooms. Cleaner came back and recleaned as there was sand still on the floors and crumbs on the table. The cleaner was very helpful and kind. She gave wonderful service and helped me get sheets and towels from a local laundromat.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property has gone downhill and we do not think it is worth $1200 a week. The oven needs replacing & the stove top. Who takes a felt pen to mark heat seating & stove top positions. The BBQ looks & smells awful & the clothes line needs replacing. Encourage people to use it instead of the dryer. The lounge room blinds had mould on them which does not do people with breathing conditions any good at all. The toilet downstairs needs a new toilet roll holder unless you want to chase the toilet paper everytime you use it. The main bedroom has a mattress topper that was just a joke. Looked like you spent the night on a camel come morning there was such a jump in it!!!!The owner need to spend some money on this property if the expect people to pay the price they are asking. Evans is sadly pricing its self out of the holiday market for us anyway.

Screen door onto balcony, nolock on it, second bath/r lights not working.the property is well located to town,bowlo,shops, beach, all within walking distance. The property Man provided very good service.I would definately stay there again when next in Evans Head.

Fantastic Spot

Great townhouse located very close to the town and the beach. Very comfortable rooms and everything you need to have a relaxing holiday. Evans Head is a perfect destination for a family holiday. Suff beach where you can 4WD, estuary beach great for babies. Highly recommend the area and this place to stay for a family of up to 6.
