The spacious open living and dining area is a comfortable spot for relaxing with family and friends. With two bathrooms (one with bath), free off street garaged parking and laundry facilities, this home is the ideal blend of location, comfort and convenience.

This lovely apartment is highly recommended for groups and families and can be booked with apartment 1 & 3 for a convenient group getaway.

Spacious Loft Apartment, close to everything

We stayed at this property for 4 nights in mid December 2016. We were dismayed initially by broken locks in the property (exterior & interior) which we reported. It is spacious but basic. Convenient but noisy. Parking in garage at rear is an issue as is full garbage bins. No Wii Fi. Not great for a family with teenagers but close to everything. Good bathrooms & living areas.

Spacious apartment. Perfect location

This apartment is spacious, modern, well equipped and in a perfect location, and was very well priced. We were a party of 2 couples, so having a bathroom each was great. The kitchen living area is a big space. Make sure you ask for clear instructions for getting into the lock up garage as that was a bit confusing and we weren't given the correct remote or an access code to the gate, but that was quickly sorted with a phone call to the helpful office staff and everything else was perfect. We have stayed in Byron a lot but not used Stayz before. We will certainly use them again in the future.

Excellent house great location

We had a wonderful time at the solace apartment. The place was emmacuately presented. The location was close to the beach and many restaurants. The balcony was great to sit and relax. We will definitely be back!
