Absolute Serenity - 4 - 26 Paterson Street

Comfortable single level apartment is set in a bush land reserve creating an tranquil atmosphere. The property is self contained with a fully equipped kitchen, open plan living area, and a large inviting timber North facing deck and outdoor shower. Ceiling fans in lounge and bedrooms. You will find all bedrooms are generously sized, the master bedroom has classic French doors opening out onto the beautifully manicured courtyard. Modern, stylish, secluded, yet affordably priced. Located in a quiet cul de sac only 800 metres from Clarkes Beach, and just 1km to town and opposite the National Park.

Clarkes Beach
Your beachside holiday accommodation provides easy access to some of the most beautiful beaches Byron Bay has to offer. Clarkes is a wonderful family beach with small waves, rock pools and great snorkeling opportunities. The town centre is just an easy stroll away, but there is also plenty to choose from in your immediate vicinity: the famous Byron Beach Cafe right on the edge of Clarkes, the more relaxed Pass Cafe just down the road and the Top Shop within easy walking distance, serving some of the best coffee and delectable delights in town. Our holiday houses in this area offer great beachside location and a supportive base for all your holiday needs in one of the most beautiful parts of the world.

The house was not like the photos. The garden/deck hadn't been swept or cleaned. There were bull ants and spiders inside the house with a cobweb near the bed. Not a single teabag or coffee sachet/milk for thirsty travellers. Curtains in rooms barely there, extremely light in mornings. Very disappointing.

A great location Quiet and near beach Just needs a bit of TLC , e.g. some painting required ,about the place to be perfect.

Great location

The location was great for us as we could walk to Clarkes and Tallows Beach for surfing and to town for shopping. The apartment was clean and as shown in the pictures. The liked it that the kitchen was well equipped as we often cook. We particularly appreciated that there was wifi although it said there was none. Unfortunately most of the TV channels didn't work properly, so we couldn't watch them. However, we really liked our stay and would come again.

Excellent location for Clarke's Beach

This location suited our family perfectly, (we have preschooler and toddler) The walk to Clarke's beach was easy and mostly traffic free thanks to the track. The promenade into town was easy walking for the kids and pram. The house was pretty well kitted out, though it's worth noting the back deck and backyard are not secured; the lovely tropical garden has no fences, perfect for older kids but a bit tricky for our little ones. Wasn't too problematic because the beach was so close, and all our time was spent there. Thanks for lovely stay.
