Days of Sun-Nights of Stars

Kom og nyd dette hyggelige sommerhus i fredelige Bay Vista. Bygget i 2017, nyligt møbleret og udstyret med et gourmetkøkken. Placeret tættere på kanalen og bugten vil du kunne nyde rolige vandreture om natten for at tjekke stjernerne. Kun 2-2. 5 miles fra centrum og Rehoboth Beach er det bekvemt placeret for at undgå trafik på rute 1. Sovepladser op til 6 personer bonus kontor plads, og parkering til op til 4 biler. Ingen kæledyr tak!
Fra Memorial Day til Labor Day foretrækker vi lørdag til lørdag huslejer.

The house was great with lots of needs provided for (sponges, hand soap, paper towels etc). The location worked well for driving to the beach. The rooms and beds were very nice and everything was clean. We really enjoyed our stay!

Well kept and great location.

Check-in was simple and the house was very clean. Everything we needed was there including beach chairs, umbrella, etc. Great location tucked away from traffic but close to everything.

Wish we could have stayed longer

We felt at home as soon as we walked in. The house was clean and well maintained. The beds and furniture are comfortable. While the traffic July 4th weekend was tough, it is an easy drive to the beach and Rehoboth Ave. We would stay again.

Girls trip 2024

The property location was perfect for enjoying the beaches. The property was clean and the kitchen well stocked. The owners gave great restaurant recommendations along with ideas of things to do. We would absolutely book here again and can’t wait to plan our next stay.

Rehoboth Beach Summer Vacation

We had a great time at this home, it is a short distance to the beach (5 min drive) and close to many places without getting caught up in traffic. The property is very clean and everyone had enough space. Sitting in the outside area was a memorable, we were comfortable the entire time and would love to come back.

Luxury at an affordable price

We were blown away by this property and by Jessica's communication and hospitality. The property was very clean, with a well stocked kitchen and a screened-in back porch that we spent most nights enjoying. We hope to stay again next summer!

Clean home and close the beach. The only issue we had was the refrigerator. The refrigerator was extremely loud which made it difficult for us to relax in the living room. Would stay again once the refrigerator is replaced or fixed.

Perfect 3 bedroom in a quiet neighborhood

Lovely home and impeccably furnished. Screened in porch in a shady backyard was perfect for a nap or reading when you are waiting for everyone else to get ready for the beach!

Charming and Quiet

Lovely property located in a quiet neighborhood a few minutes from the beach. Inviting screened in back porch perfect for morning coffee. The kitchen was very well equipped. This is our second year here and once again we had a wonderful stay.

Very nice property!

We had a very nice stay at this property. Everything you need is included, which was so convenient. The property owner provided detailed information about the property and Rehoboth Beach, and was easy to reach by telephone. It’s located on a quiet street and is just a 5-7 minute drive to the beach. It is nicely decorated and there are thoughtful touches throughout.

Beautiful home!

Jessica and Scott provided every comfort then plus some! Spotless home, beautiful artwork, and the kitchen was stocked with all the gadgets for any meal prep! What a memory my 4 year old grandson will carry with him!

FABULOUS place. This is our second time staying at this property. It is so clean and tranquil. The back porch is a phenomenal retreat for starting your day with coffee and relaxing after a day at the beach. The location is great as it is tucked away from the busy route 1 and then it's a quick over the bridge to the beaches. Beautiful place and Jessica is a wonderful communicator. Thank you!

Clean and Perfect in Every Way!!

The house was spotless and had everything you need for a wonderful beach vacation! The quiet neighborhood was great for long walks. The location was just right. A short drive to the beautiful beaches and great outlets. The enclosed beautiful furnished back porch was cozy and relaxing at any time of day. Jessica was easy to communicate with and very friendly. We loved this house. We hope to rent again next summer!

Wonderful stay near Rehoboth

I would definitely come back. The house was new, clean, and cozy. The owners were very thoughtful. They had a rainy day toy box and games. I would suggest more games for adults ie. Monopoly, scrabble, Catan etc. I highly recommend this house in a nice quiet neighborhood a short drive to many of the beaches.

Beautiful home!

This home was the perfect place for my family and extended family. Jessica had everything we could possibly need on hand. The beach (Boardwalk) was very close, within 5 minutes and location was perfect for quick food shopping. Everything was clean, in great condition and comfortable. All we needed was food. The covered back porch was a great place to hang out and talk after ta day at the beach! We would definitely love to rent again... Thank you for opening your home to us!

For Jessica & Scott this community has been part of our family's life for 3 generations. We love to get outdoors to go hiking, biking, kayaking, and paddle boarding. Between the boardwalk beaches and the Delaware state park beaches there is a place for everyone.

Our home is situated in a quiet community with easy access to downtown Rehoboth and Dewey Beach. The house was built in 2017 and has a gourmet kitchen and new furnishings throughout. Bay Vista is a quiet community with a mix of rental properties and year round residents. It's tucked just far enough away but it's still close to the heart of this little beach town.

Beyond the beautiful beaches Rehoboth Beach has a variety of attractions for kids large and small. Enjoy play time at Jungle Jim's water park, boardwalk rides, miniature golf, and go-carts .

If you are looking for unique shops, fine dinning or a little night life look no further than Rehoboth Ave. Along route 1 there are many choices for budget minded outlet shoppers or catch a movie at Midway shopping center.

Explore local history through three great-tiny museums the Zwaanendael Museum in Lewis, DE , the Indian River Life-saving Museum south of Dewey Beach, DE and The Nanticoke Indian Museum in Millsboro, DE. Each is well worth an hour of your time.
