The apt is 600m from the sea at Praia da Enseada, right after passing the Pitangueiras Beach / Morro do Maluf, which is the city center. We make Rental Agreement simple and objective, accepted by email. There is wi fi in the common areas of the building. Apartamento é exatamente como descrito no anúncio. É confortável e próximo a praia e aos comércios. Sinal da rede móvel não funciona bem na região, acho que devido as montanhas, wi-fi tem um bom sinal mas não em todos os cômodos, funciona melhor no quarto, não há cama de casal mas há espaço e bastante colchiide solteiro. O app não disponhe de guarda sol e cadeiras de praia mas é fácil encontrar a locação desses na praia a qual nasaioria é fornecido como cortesia aos clientes que consomem nós quiosques. Funcionário do condomínio, Luan, muito educado e solicito, os demais tbm, todos sempre a disposição.
