Not at all worth the price. Cheap and scratchy bath towels. Multiple cockroaches. Wouldn’t let us extend our checkout by 1 hour. We spent 20 minutes trying to find the lobby because there were no signs or staff anywhere

Dear Kevin, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. During your stay, no concerns were reported to our fully staffed, on-site reception, either during your visit or upon departure, which would have given us the opportunity to address any issues immediately. We have not experienced previous concerns regarding cockroaches, and all of our units receive frequent professional pest control treatments. That said, we are located in the tropics and this is a ground-floor unit, so occasional tropical insects can unfortunately appear despite preventative measures. Regarding late check-out, we were unable to accommodate the request as new guests were scheduled to arrive the same day and we require sufficient time to properly clean and prepare the unit. Our reception is located directly on-site with a clearly marked “Lobby” sign at the entrance of the complex. As the property is relatively small, we have not previously received feedback about difficulty locating the lobby. We appreciate your comments and will continue striving to provide the best possible experience for our guests. Sunny regards, Prestige Vacations Aruba

Great place for honeymoon. Only drawback was that they were working on the pool for 3 of the 4 days we were there.

Nice place but a lot of owners on property make you feel a little out of place. Grounds very nice pool nice if you can find a spot. Smoking allowed every where outside which kinda stinks when you’re sitting by pool and all you can smell is cigars

Fantastic condo!

This place was perfect in every way possible, from convenience to cleanliness I couldn't have been more pleased. I wasn't sure what to expect being that I have never been to aruba but this was way above my expectations. I'm a pretty snobby and picky person so if I enjoyed it so will you!

Tropical Paradise

I would highly recommend this property. The check in and check out process was seamless. Carlotta explained everything in detail upon check in. The pool was easily accessible and you are walking distance from beautiful eagle beach. Beach chairs and cooler provided. An awesome time from start to finish.

This property exceeded my expectations. It was very upscale, very clean and the staff were extremely attentive. It had all the amenities I expected and I especially loved the pool, the beach accessories and proximity to everything. Can’t wait to return to this property in 2024!

Wonderful stay in Aruba

Smooth process all around. Perfectly appointed condo. Everything was clean and well kept. Warning for those who need a dark room to sleep the room has a window to the hall and the lights brighten the room even with darkening shades. Otherwise it was perfect for our stay.

Terrific stay in Eagle Beach with a beautiful clean and convenient condo

What you read online is what it is. Brand new property, quiet, secure, clean (as expected), upscale and diverse residents/vacationers with couples and families. Condo was as shown in pictures, no surprises. Short walk to Eagle Beach and nearby restaurants. Quiet area as compared to Palm Beach. Awesome rooftop access to view sunrises and sunsets. Prestige was terrific host and very responsive to any inquiry we made. Highly recommend this location if you dont want to be knee deep in the very busy Palm Beach area but still feel very close.

Beautiful Property

This place is beautiful! The only disappointment was the location of the room. The photos made it look like you had windows with a view of something. This was not the case, there was no view at all. It was an inside unit. I would just suggest you add that to the description. Other than that, it was great.

Almost Perfect

Cutting to the chase, I would most definitely stay at LeVent again. I only have minor quibbles with our unit, considering it did not include a washer/dryer and had a dehumidifier that required frequent trips to the sink to empty the water reservoir. One other nitpick is that the gym was not available during our 17-day stay. Those issues aside, I could not have asked for anything more as far as the building and its environs are concerned. The unit was clean and quiet, with full kitchen facilities — including an American-style fridge — comfy bed (pillows could use an upgrade) and wonderful bathroom/shower. The pool's lavish setting is spectacular. Even though our one-bedroom, first-floor unit had only interior access, we always had the option to enjoy the pool area (at night, we mostly had it to ourselves). On top of all that, the Prestige staff was very helpful and eager to please. When I groused about not having the use of the gym, a staff member kindly brought me a yoga mat and weights to use throughout my stay. All in all, vacationing at LeVent was a positive and relaxing experience that I highly recommend.

Interior unit

The pool area of this complex gets 5 stars. Location is great, easy access to the beach. This unit was okay. The “windows” in the pictures look into a hallway that is brightly lit at night. The bedroom has a blackout roller shade but substantial light leaks around, particularly above the shade so that the bedroom is quite bright at night. I missed being able to look outside in the morning, but it wasn’t terrible being inside most of the time, we were outside most of the day anyway. An overhead vent dripped water on the floor and there was a patch of black mold on the wall. There was a dehumidifier, which we ran and poured out gallons of water each day. Kitchen was not very well equipped, but we made do and cooked about half the time. They do not provide shampoo or bath soap, so you will want to bring those if possible. The management staff is friendly and helpful, but the checkin process used an online process that doesn’t work very well.

It was good enough, but not perfect

Our stay was fine, the room provided what we needed and was clean enough, but it wasn't amazing. It's not a hotel, there's not really concierge service, like you can't go to the desk and ask for new bath towels or for something to be fixed in the room. I will say that although it is bright in the room at night due to the hall lights, the issue can easily be fixed by closing the bedroom door to shut out the light flooding the living room. We didn't find it any brighter in the bedroom than in our bedroom at home in the city. I found the bigger problem to be not getting any natural light in the room in the morning to help wake up. It was nice to be so close to the beach, but we found ourselves driving to Palm Beach for most activities, it's more lively there. Overall, we wouldn't stay here again. A few things in the room could use repair: - there's a hole in the neck of the kitchen faucet that sprays when the water is on - the provided cooler is broken, it doesn't actually latch - there is a dehumidifier in the room that is quite moldy and gross, it could use a cleaning. I get that it's necessary to have in such a humid place, but it was quite annoying to be responsible for emptying it twice a day
