Unique and exciting Palm Beach Tower is your idyllic holiday destination. The elevated position of this rustic yet chic home is set against a backdrop of incredible panoramic ocean views stretching across Palm Beach, Barrenjoey Lighthouse, Broken Bay, and up to the Central Coast.

Guests love the infinity edge swimming pool that makes the ocean feel as though it is within arms reach. With the option of pool heating available as a feature it can be a year round winner for family getaways. A fireplace combined with one of the best vantage points to watch the whales migrate, breaching and playing in the distance, this home is ideal for winter weekenders as well as summer.

Palm Beach Tower can accommodate up to 10 people in four comfortable bedrooms, two of which are located within the tower that gives the property its name. The interiors are crafted with bursts of colour and beach house chic furniture while an open fireplace and ducted heating ensures you sleep comfortably in the cooler months.

The iconic Tower is well known among the locals of Palm Beach offering one of the most unique designs it is a landmark from every angle. It is also one of the best vantage points on the beaches. The master bedroom located in the top of the tower features a wrap-around balcony to ensure you can enjoy every aspect of the incredible vista.

What the family loves
This property serves as a fantastic launch pad for active families to explore a rich and diverse area. Hike up to the Barrenjoey Lighthouse to see views over Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park, take surfing lessons in the crystal clear waters of Palm Beach, or take a ferry ride for a day trip to Ettalong Beach on the Central Coast.

Access
There is a shared driveway up to the home (one up, own down), with five other properties. It offers two open car port spaces at the rear of the home. Please note there are multiple stairs throughout the house for accessibility considerations.

Master Bedroom - King bed (can be made into a singles bed on request) - Please note this is on the top floor of the tower and is open plan with 180 views of the water, with no private door

Bedroom Five: Studio loctaed under the house, 1 king bed and ensuite bathroom. Note you can only access this room outside of this house - Perfect retreat for teenagers or children.
