This ultra clean condo is quiet, comfortable and welcoming with no heavy footsteps from above or outside. Great for friends, families, beach bums, tennis bums, golf buddies or romantic getaways. Close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment but far enough to get away from it all.

The Resort:

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, glassware, flatware and utensils; dish soap and dishwasher detergent; dish towels and paper towels; garbage bags; Keurig and drip coffee maker; Keurig coffee cups and sweetener for the first morning; waffle iron; toaster; frozen drink/smoothie machine; potholders; dishwasher and a full-sized refrigerator/freezer with ice maker.

ELECTRONICS: High Speed Internet with WiFi; work desk complete with computer monitor and both a VGA and HDMI cable for connecting to your laptop; Amazon Alexa; DVD players and three flat-screen cable TVs (65” Smart TV includes: Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV and most other popular apps along with many cable TV channels).

BATH: Towels; toilet paper; hand soap; travel size soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, sunscreen and makeup remover.

Very clean and thoughtfully stocked. Daren was a pleasure to work with, responding quickly to questions. Beds and couch are very comfortable and we enjoyed each having our own private bathroom. It was a short, easy walk to the beach. I would most definitely stay here again.

Daren and his family were great to work with. Their communication with us was fantastic. As for the condo itself, it was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed (toiletries, washer/dryer, beach supplies etc...). The decor of the condo also provided a sense of rest. The pool and tennis courts were great as well. The condo is father back from the road that leads to the beach so there is about a 5-minute walk to the beach. But it's an easy walk.

Enjoyable short stay

The condo was very nice inside. Darren made the check-in process and stay very easy and nice. Everything was in great condition and had many nice amenities. Our time there was short, but very enjoyable. Darren was very responsive to our questions and any needs we had. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice Spacious Spot Near Beach and Attractions!

This was a solid stay with lots of space to stretch out. We enjoyed our time. The furniture, fixtures, and appliances are all a solid 8/10 if 10 were brand new. Everything was super clean. The condos are older construction but kept up well. This particular unit has a deck that is essentially a shared deck with a wooden wall in between. There is a tennis school about 20 feet from your deck. It's cool, but know you could have lots of human activity near you for a few hours each day :) The owner was responsive at all times. The beach is a 10-minute or less walk. Awesome restaurants and shopping same. Easy. Great location. Great stay.

Lovely Condo and Vacation

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this condo. The condo was very clean upon arrival. Furnishings were comfortable and well kept. The bedrooms were spacious and I appreciated the ceiling fans in each room. My children (ages 10 and 13) liked having their own ensuite bathroom in their room. The beds were a bit firm, my husband likes firm mattresses, I would prefer a bit more plush but I have slept on worst beds then the ones there. They provided us with lots of cleaning products and start up toiletries. We appreciated hand soap in all the bathrooms, since we have stayed at condos that don’t even provide you with hand soap or dish soap. After a long travel to get there, the last thing you want to do is have to go shopping for basic necessities. Location was great, a block from the beach and 3 blocks from the plaza. There is lots to do in the area within walking distance. Pools were well kept and clean. We preferred the pool near the lagoon, there were no mosquitos at that one. A special thanks to the owners, my daughter dropped her necklace on the way out of the door on the last day. They were quick to help us arrange for it to be delivered home to us. She was very happy to have it back. Thank you for letting us stay at your place, we definitely Will be back hopefully soon.
