Location was wonderful. Access to the beach was amazing. We very much enjoyed our stay. Kitchen had most of what we needed. It would have been nice to know that we needed to bring our own coffee filters.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the location and beach access! Please be sure to review the Guest Portal prior to arrival for the following information. Each guest is provided with a starter set of paper products to make arrival day a little easier. This set includes one roll of paper towels and one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom as well as a small bar of hand soap. While homes will be cleaned before your arrival as well as after your departure, make sure to bring some cleaning supplies for spills, dishes as well as laundry. We hope to be able to welcome you to the Outer Banks again soon!

The description as to the process of accessing your room was poor. The response time of customer service was slow. We figured it out on our own. The beds were uncomfortable. The carpets and rugs looked dirty. The showers had mold in them and the drains looked dirty. The couch and chair had dirty arms. Access to the beach was wonderful. Our experience was just ok and we paid 2600 for 3 nights. That’s a little too expensive for the lack of cleanliness.

Overall the condo was excellent. Great view, perfect location central to everything on the island. My only issue was on check in the floors could have been swept. I would recommend this condo and would stay again.

We loved the location, the view, and easy access to the beach! Our only complaints were a loud knocking noise which disturbed our sleep and the lack of instructions for operating the tv. Four remotes for the main tv were overwhelming.

BFF getaway

It was just as described. Clean with well stocked kitchen. The elevator and carts were truly a blessing...even if we were on the first floor. I would definitely consider booking this property in the future....maybe next time there won't be a noreaster.

Great condo! Decor is tasteful, well stocked. Easy beach access, new pool is nice. This was our second time staying here and plan to stay again in the future. Two notes: right screen door was broken and could use replacement, periodic knocking and dripping sounds throughout the day and night- maybe the pipes but not clear?

OBX mini vacation

Almost everything was perfect about this booking. I did not know until the week of my stay that the pool was not operational as it was being replastered. Everything else was great We could walk to restaurants. The beach was easily accessible. We could see and hear the beach from the porch. Out of your control, there were barking dogs next door during our stay.

We had a nice stay at this property, primarily because of the incredibly easy access to the beach. Being located on the first floor was very convenient for getting our gear in and out, though it does mean the view of the ocean is obstructed by the dunes. The unit itself offered plenty of space for our family, and the location is perfect if you are looking to explore different towns throughout the Outer Banks. While the layout was functional and comfortable, we did notice that the living room furniture was showing some wear with a few visible stains. Overall, it provided a solid home base for our beach vacation.Key Highlights of Our Experience:* **Convenient Beach Access:** You are just steps away from the sand, making beach days effortless.* **Prime Location:** Ideally situated for day trips to neighboring towns along the OBX.* **Spacious Layout:** The floor plan provides plenty of room to spread out and relax.* **Accessibility:** Being on the first floor makes entry and exit very simple.* **Maintenance Note:** The living area furniture would benefit from a deep clean or an update due to some existing stains.
