Come stay in this newly renovated, beautiful apartment located just 1,500 feet from Baptist Hospital and 1 mile from downtown. Seasoned hosts will ensure that every amenity you need and desire is provided. This sparkling, clean apartment allows for the chance to get away while still providing the comforts of home. A first floor apartment, it has a large, open kitchen with brand new appliances and all the utensils, pots/pans, small appliances - and even spices- you need to make any meal!
You will appreciate tasteful touches throughout the home that make this an extra special getaway- including hardwood floors and granite countertops. This home also has its own laundry room and bathroom, as well as a sofa bed that fits two comfortably. Everything you might need to feel comfortable are at your disposal, including fresh towels and sheets, cozy blankets, a sound machine, laundry detergent, and K-Cups.
There are many amenities for your comfort and enjoyment, including a big screen Smart TV with cable and queen-size bed in the bedroom. Ample storage will allow you to unpack your suitcase and stay for as long as you desire! For your convenience, a parking lot is located in the rear of the building.

To maintain the quality of this home and keep a hypoallergenic environment, there are no pets allowed. Smoking and drugs are not permitted, and we ask that all guests respect neighbors by following a 10pm quiet time policy.

I love the historic architecture in Winston-Salem, and have spent the last 20 years involved in improving properties back to their original beauty. I am concerned about historic preservation, but also understand the need to make these beautiful homes function in our modern life.
Why they chose this property
These apartments were located in a beautiful area of Ardmore, but were in big need of substantial renovations. This project gave me the chance to improve a very visible street corner in a great area of town.
What makes this property unique
This is a perfect property for anyone using either hospital. It is only a short walk to WFU hospital, and a very short drive to Forsyth. Furthermore, it is right off Business 40, which gives you convenient and quick access to downtown.
