I want to thank you and your group for your stay. With as many guests, our maintenance crew did not receive any complaints or issues. Thank you for respecting the property as our goal is to serve our guests and have them want to come back again! You are welcome back anytime! Carolina Getaway Cabins

Thank you for your great review. We are glad you enjoyed your stay at that beautiful mountain with amazing views. We welcome you back anytime to enjoy any of the four great seasons it has to offer. Thank you, Carolina Getaway Cabins

Thabk you for your great review. We appreciate you staying and hope you and your group return soon. Internet is provided in all the cabins and the signal is strong. However, these being large cabins with three stories, there are areas in lower level basement where it does get weak at times. We are here to assist with any questions. The gate code does get changed often to maintain privacy. We had sent out an email with the updated code to VRBO. Thank you once again and looking forward to having you back! Carolina Getaway Cabins

Thank you for your review. The property is described with the beds in each room. We apologize about the outside wasps. It may be inevitable to control certain insects during the summer months outdoors as we are in a mountain. However, we do exterminate monthly to keep control. We have a maintenance crew that is available to go if anything occurs. Unfortunately, it is a bit unpredictable to know when batteries die. However, we have placed a new system along with a lock box with a code to have access with a key which will unlock in case the code does not open the door. So far it has worked flawlessly. As per the additional refrigerator, we have a new one at the property. We understand that this is a great convenience for our guests. We hope to have you again during 2020 and would love to treat you to a complimentary Wine Tasting at Shelton Vineyards during your next getaway. Thank you for being a great guest! Hello, and thank you for your 4 star review. As you can see these are all brand new homes with the utmost comfort, space and amenities. We apologize for the two items that you mentioned had an issue upon your arrival. The children of the guests prior to your stay broke the divider of the air hockey table and some pool table cues. We have ordered new ones to replace them, but since you checked in same day from their check out, we were not in time to have it replaced for your stay. Thank you and we look forward to having you and your family again. Please reach out to us again when you are ready to book and we will treat you as our VIP Repeat Guests with extra perks. Thanks again! Carolina Getaway Cabins
