Bright, stylish, newly refurbished flat in friendly residential neighbourhood adjacent to up-and-coming Antiguo area. Very convenient location next to Antiguo neighbourhood with a large variety of restaurants and shops around Plaza José Maria Sert and Calle Matia.
There are two different coffee shops / bakeries just outside the building.

The flat:

Three bedrooms with very comfortable beds and new closets. 2 bathrooms, one en-suite with shower, one for the other two bedrooms with bathtub and shower.

Brand new fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Living room with large new flat screen TV and comfortable furniture.

Balcony and access to swimming pool.

Notre séjour s’est passé à merveille. L’appartement est bien situé , ni trop près et ni trop loin du centre ville. L’endroit est calme, la proximité des petits commerciants est une véritable accommodite 。l’appartement est propre et a tout le confort. Je vous le recommande.

Perfect apartment for our needs - clean, kitchen had everything you would need and only a 10min bus to the centre, or a 20 min walk to the beach. Nice breakfast spots near by. The pool was closed due to the time of year we were there, but otherwise no complaints. Thank you Philipp for our stay!

This place was well appointed and clean. Kitchen was well equipped. Pool was a nice bonus for the kids, although one would likely prefer to swim in the nearby beautiful beach. Location was excellent in a pleasant neighborhood near a nice playground and walkable to the beach. Many restaurants, cafes, and bakeries nearby. There were ample bus options to the center of town. Easy to communicate with the owners. This apartment is a great option for families that represents a reasonable balance of value and convenience.

May vacation

Great location, easy to walk to beach, great places for coffee and croissants, literally across the street and around the corner. Had a great week, we also drove from San Sebastián to Pamplona, Bilbao, Burgos, among many other stops!!!

Lovely apartment in a good area

The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable in a very convenient location for bars, cafes and small convenience stores. Lovely friendly atmosphere. Bus service into the centre of San Sebastián is excellent. The taxi service is also very good. Denise, our host, was very helpful. All in all a brilliant place to stay.

A perfect place!

Big thanks to Philipp for our stay. The apartment is ideal. Clean, spacious, well kept, comfortable and a perfect location. The area feels lovely and safe and so much nearby. We’d love to return and would definitely choose to stay here again if possible.

Excellent property and location

The property is set in a great location with easy access to the beautiful beach & old town, making it viable to walk or jump on the bus. The property is modern & clean and plenty of space having 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge area if needed, easy access via stairs or lift to the 1st floor. It was also nice to have access to the communal pool, which was lovely and clean and good size. We all loved the property and enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for our needs

Lovely apartment, beautiful city.

The apartment is clean, spacious and very well equipped but would benefit from more crockery and cutlery. The location is fine, just a short walk to the beach through an area with pintxo bars, shops and mini supermarkets or catch the No5 from the bus stop on the main road behind the apartment block straight to the old town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in San Sebastian, thank you Philip.

Lovely apartment with 2 cafes at ground floor. Comfortable beds and super clean! A bit of a hike to old town, but 20 minutes to closest beach. Would highly recommend. Thanks Phillip!
