The Rosenhuus offers enough space for 6 people and 2 is very centrally located, with idyllic views of the old lighthouse.
The approximately 113 square meters of living space spread over an open kitchen with dining area, three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and a guest toilet.
When it comes to equipment we have made a lot of emphasis on making our house suitable for allergy sufferers and toddlers. All floors on the ground floor are tiled and underfloor heating ensures a pleasant floor temperature even during the transitional periods. The soils in the 1st u 2. OG are designed with real wood parquet (oak). We have only set up real wood furniture.

All windows (except the roof window in the bathroom second floor) have shutters.
A garden with a furnished terrace is available and offers through its southern exposure the possibility to relax away from the beaches in the sun. Due to the limitation of the garden is ideal especially for our very little guests

Suitable for children: We have two toddlers and have tried to make our house comfortable for even the smallest of guests.
There are two high chairs available and two cots with 'real' mattresses. The rooms are completely darkened by blinds.
In addition, we have a bathtub installed.
Also with the equipment of the kitchen we have the needs of the little ones adequately considered (microwave, Babykostwärmer, children's cutlery etc).
In the house there is a washing machine and a tumble dryer (both units with coins).

Suitable for allergy sufferers: We have placed value on low-dust equipment and our cleaning service in our house is particularly careful that as little dust as possible remains.
Since we have concerns about the exhalation of funierten furniture, especially in the bedrooms, we have the whole house equipped with real wood furniture
We let the mattresses, also for self-protection against allergies, regularly cleaned by specialist companies.

The garden is now enclosed with privacy screens and hedge plants

For our guests there is a beach chair on the north beach for free use.
