• Upstairs is a small hall, a bedroom with double bed and a double sofa bed as an extra bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet and the kitchen with large dining table and a modern fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave and dishwasher.
• A comfortable wooden staircase leads to the attic.
• In the attic there is a large and cozy living room with children's play area, a second bedroom with double bed and two single beds and a second bathroom with shower and toilet.
• A free parking lot is located in front of the house.
• There is a wooden terrace with garden furniture and barbecue,
• A storage for bicycles or surfing equipment is available.
