The interiors carry a vintage Florida charm - older in places, but clean, well-maintained, and full of warmth. A dedicated workspace and standard cable TV round out the living area, and the private entrance means you come and go entirely on your own schedule.

Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is well-stocked with cooking basics, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all the dishes and silverware you'll need. A dining table sits adjacent, making it easy to gather for a home-cooked meal before a day at the beach or pool.

Sleeping arrangements
The primary bedroom offers a King bed with a dresser and TV for restful, private nights. The guest bedroom is set up with two Double beds - ideal for children or a couple of friends traveling together. A loft upstairs holds a Queen futon, a flexible spot that works well for reading, relaxing, or accommodating that fourth guest.

Outdoor living
The screened-in porch looks out over the marsh - a genuinely peaceful setting for morning coffee, al fresco dining, or watching the local birdlife move through. A BBQ grill and outdoor seating are available for evenings when you'd rather stay close to home. The backyard adds open space, and the patio extends your living area outdoors.
