The space

Fairway Retreat is sure to be your new favorite place to stay when visiting Branson. Nestled in the beautiful Stonebridge Resort, you are sure to feel that you have entered your home away from home. Upon entering our 1650 sq foot upstairs condo, you will immediately discover that we have everything you need for the perfect Branson Getaway. It will be hard to decide what you will like best about our condo!

So much room to come together as a family for memory making, or find your own space to relax.

Enjoy our fully stocked kitchen for preparing your meals together. Our dining area has seating for all 10 of you to come together for some food and great conversation.

On those cold nights, cozy up by the electric fireplace in the double reclining sofa for movie night. If you can't agree on a movie, take movie night to any of the bedrooms. All the bedrooms have Netflix streaming and DVD players.

One of your favorites spots is sure to be our 3rd bedroom that is a fully stocked game room. You can enjoy our multi game arcade, foosball table, PS4, multiple board games, movies, TV, mini fridge and microwave. Perfect for the kids, families, and adults alike! We even have a separate A/C unit to this room to keep you nice and comfortable while playing! When not playing games, we have 2 rollaway beds and a queen bed for sleeping up to 4 people.

Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on our screened in deck overlooking the 13th Fairway at Ledgestone Golf Course. Access the deck directly from 2 of the bedrooms and the living room.

The Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 has a queen-sized bed, tv, and seating to curl up and enjoy a book, a door to access the screened in deck. There is a full bathroom attached which can be accessed from the living area as well.

Bedroom 2 has a king-sized bed, an en-suite full bathroom with a walk in shower and jetted tub, tv, and a door to access the screened in deck.

Bedroom 3 /gameroom has a queen bed, and 2 rollaway beds, tv, games, mini fridge, microwave, and ensuite bathroom. There is a private outdoor entrance to this bedroom.

Stonebridge is a gated resort with so many amenities that our guests get to enjoy. One of the 3 outdoor pools (seasonal) is an easy 1- 2 minute stroll from the condo. There are also picnic tables and outdoor grills located across from our parking lot. You can also enjoy a fitness center, tennis courts, swimming pools (seasonal), volleyball sand court, basketball court, playgrounds, catch and release lake, Ledgestone Grill, and a Pro Shop all located in the Stonebridge Resort.

*Pets CONSIDERED. We are pet/dog friendly, but must be agreed on prior to booking, so please ASK FIRST about bringing your dog along BEFORE BOOKING! DO NOT INSTANT BOOK WITHOUT DISCUSSING YOUR PET IN DETAIL WITH ME FIRST TO SEE IF IT MEETS OUR REQUIREMENTS!!! We consider SMALL TO MEDIUM, ADULT, LOW SHEDDING dogs. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, must be kenneled while you are away, leashed and picked up after outside, and not a barker or whiner while you are away due to our neighbors in the condo. There is a $25 per night non refundable pet fee.

***Important Notes:
Parking is paid to the community welcome center upon arrival. $7 per day per vehicle
We are a second level condo- The property entrance is only accessible by stairs

We do ask the following check out procedures be followed-these are standard for the area and are not included in the cleaning fee:
-Heat at 60 degrees, or A/C left on at 75 degrees. Please leave A/C running at 70 degrees during the summer months-June through August.
-Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and kitchen. All trash is to be collected and taken to the dumpsters.
-Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started.
-Make sure ALL windows, doors, and sliders are closed and locked.
-(Optional) Please start one load of towels if you have time. You just need to start the washing machine. Our cleaning crew will transfer the load to
the dryer. This helps the cleaning crew so much in getting the laundry completed in time for the next guest.
-Take one final look around for forgotten items-cell phone chargers, etc.
-Please make sure all remotes are returned to the designated room.
