Recently remodeled! This charming cozy home offers a full kitchen complete with refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and dishwasher. Separate dining area that seats six. Relax in the living room with TV, cable and Wi-Fi access throughout the home. Washer and dryer available for your convenience. Central heating and air for your comfort.

The home provides three nicely decorated bedrooms. The master bedroom provides a very comfortable king-sized bed and light-blocking curtains. The 2nd bedroom includes a queen-sized bed and light-blocking curtains. The 3rd bedroom has a full-sized bed.

This home is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each stay for your comfort and safety.

Comfy Cozy Stay

We enjoyed our stay. The one shower was never an issue for us. The bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable. Evelyn was a pleasure to work with. She was prompt, thorough, and courteous in her communications with me. It is a cute older home and it was functional and practical for my needs. Some items and appliances need updating or repair. KITCHEN This part of my review is for people who plan to use the kitchen. If you do not plan to spend a lot of your time in the kitchen (like I did) skip this part or please do not let my observations and experiences sway your decision to stay. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils. In using the kitchen, I had to clean the refrigerator prior to using it, I encountered a freezer door with no handle (although there is a handle in the pictures), and a garbage disposal that was in disrepair. I immediately informed Evelyn about the disposal. She apologized and she said she would repair it. I informed her about cleaning the refrigerator at check-out when I summarized my check-out activities.

Very responsive hosts

This cozy cottage on a quiet cul-de-sac was cute and comfortable. It has 3 bedrooms, sleeps six, but has only one shower/tub combo, between two rooms with a sink and toilet each. This worked fine for my husband and I, but would require a scheduling guru with six people. The bed was more comfortable than my own. The kitchen was well equipped, and the thoughtful hosts left a basket of goodies that were very welcome. The coffee maker is a Keurig. Tony was in touch from the very beginning of our stay, making sure we had everything we needed. We had a few questions, and always got quick answers.

Stay at the Cottages

It was a great little get away for the weekend, very comfortable and homey. The beds were amazing and it felt like I was sleeping g on clouds. All in all I enjoyed my stay.

Great!

We had a great time staying here! Location was close to everything. The house had everything you needed for an extended stay, was clean and comfortable. The host was very quick to respond and respectable. Would definitely stay again if ever in the area.

Greensboro Getaway

Our family had a delightful time here and our host/hostess were great. Great communication and exactly what we expected. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and if we are in the area again, we would rent this.

Clean and Convenient!

We had no difficulty locating the property or gaining access. Everything we used worked fine. The kitchen was stocked with a few snacks, kcups for coffee and hot chocolate and the ice maker worked fine. The home is not only convenient to the Coliseum, but to shopping and restaurants. The fireplace was great on chilly mornings. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider this home again if in the area for an extended stay.

Clean and quiet

High Point Market Trip

Myself and another rep stayed at Tony's during High Point Furniture Market for 5 nights. We enjoyed having a house to go home to instead of a hotel room. The house was great, super comfy beds and pillows which can be an issue at hotels. Spacious living and dining area and two nice bathrooms to get ready separately in which sped up our process in the mornings- we shared the one shower which worked out just fine. I would definitely stay here again- oh and the price is great and Tony and Evelyn were super responsive to some minor issues we had on our first day there. You can tell they really love hosting people the right way. Thanks Tony and Evelyn!

Comfy & Perfect Place

We stayed at this house for a long weekend in Greensboro. We felt at home from check-in to check-out. The house is super clean and comfortable with all needs met. A home away from home!

This Greensboro rental was excellent! The beds were so comfortable, the home was clean and beautiful. The neighborhood was quite and all the amenities were thoughtfully provided, including the distilled water for the coffe maker and the fluffy towels. I'll look forward to staying there next time I'm in Greensboro, and I'll probably stay a little bit longer, too.

The place was very nice the only thing I have to complain about is there were dishes in dish washer already not clean the baking sheet in the oven wasn’t clean either when we got there . Other than everything was great .

Great property

AWESOMENESS

This property was Amazing. The neighborhood is quiet and the house very comfortable. I also had a little trouble connecting to the wifi, I emailed the owner and he immediately wrote back and guided me how to connect. Checking in was simple. The house itself was amazing. The beds was comfortable. And the rooms were spacious. Traveling with 2 kids, we needed to make runs to the store. Felt like we were right in the middle of EVERYTHING. It took no longer than five minutes to get any store (Grocery,Family Dollar,Walmart) hair salon, barber shop. Literally, everything was close to the property. The owner of the property was very attentive and I let him know, anytime I stay in Greensboro. This is the place I will be staying at. This property made our stay stress free, and very comfortable.

Cozy Cottage

We totally enjoyed staying at Tony and Evelyn's cottage. It was recently renovated and extremely clean. Being from California we experienced true southern hospitality. We were gifted plenty of of cookies and other snacks, Cherrywine soda and an amazing basket of toiletries. We were fortunate enough to meet Tony, our host. The neighbors are welcoming. We recommend this cottage for your next stay.
