Nous vous invitons Ă  rester dans notre maison de plage familiale. Nous avons baptisĂ© notre maison le rĂ©glage de la latitude pour de nombreuses raisons. Plus particuliĂšrement, rester Ă  la plage a toujours Ă©tĂ© un moyen pour nous de renouer en famille et d’oublier tout le stress extĂ©rieur.

Vous pourrez profiter de 4 chambres séparées et de 3. 5 salles de bains dans notre grande maison de ville de trois étages. Les chambres comportent (2) Kings, (1) Full, (4) Twins, (2) Futons. Dormir confortablement 12. La communauté Creekside offre une magnifique piscine et une petite rampe de mise à l'eau pour toutes vos activités nautiques, lorsque vous ne vous dirigez pas vers la plage.

Nous sommes idéalement situés à moins de 3 km de Bethany Boardwalk et suffisamment proches pour rejoindre à pied des commodités telles que (2) épiceries, Starbucks, Fractured Prune, Hooked Up, Fox Pizza, Bonkeys Ice Cream et Banks Liquor.

En tant que famille, nous ne voyageons jamais sans nos chiots, nous ne nous attendions donc pas Ă  vous.

Nous avons récemment mis à niveau de nombreux articles de notre maison, y compris de nouveaux appareils électroménagers, des ustensiles de cuisine haut de gamme, une Smart TV 4 "de 55 pouces avec DirecTV et une grande table à manger pour accueillir tous vos amis et votre famille.

AprĂšs de nombreuses annĂ©es de vacances sur la cĂŽte du Delaware, nous avons fini par adorer les Ă©quipements uniques de Bethany Beach. Venez rester et dĂ©couvrir par vous-mĂȘme.

Family trip

This home was wonderful. If you don’t like being close to the boardwalk and congestive beach traffic this place is perfect. The home was bright and open floor plan was so accommodating. Also so many things to do no one could be bored.

Perfect family beach vacation. The host had a game room with darts, shuffleboard, and Cornhole! Plus, beach material for playing in the sand and throwing a frisbee along with four folding chairs!The community pool was wonderful just a short walk with fishing Dock next to it. Beautiful rental with all the accommodations necessary for vacation.! The back deck had a huge picnic bench with extra chairs for easily accommodate a very large family! I personally enjoyed sitting out in the morning with my coffee. Listen to the birds, singing

Nice place at the beach

Twelve of us spent the week together and enjoyed the home, community, pool, and amenities. The kitchen was stocked, the house was clean, and had ample space for 3 families. It was a great time and we would stay here again.

Great Vacation!

We had a great family vacation - property was close to Bethany and Rehoboth beaches and within walking distance to the grocery store and other spots. The pool was a great option for non-beach days and we had lots of room to spread out in the house. Thank you!

Excellent Stay

This was a great rental in a quiet family friendly neighborhood. So thankful to find a pet friendly beautiful spacious place close to so many amenities! The kids were so excited to have their own smart t.v.s in the bedrooms! This place had everything you could ask for!

Wonderful family getaway

This was a wonderful property for our family. It was able to accommodate our children, their spouses and our grandchildren. The first floor teen room was great for the kids. They got to spend great quality time with each other. It was very clean and the kitchen equipped to cook at home.

Great family vacation

The townhouse was very clean. There were 10 of us and the open design gave us plenty of room. We did not feel crowded at all. The lower level bedroom was absolutely fantastic for the kids. They loved having their own bedroom and at the same time being together. Plenty of dishes and silverware. Game room was a plus. Totally recommend. Would stay again!

Friends Getaway

The townhouse itself was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 7 kids. Kids LOVED the downstairs bedroom. Everything was very clean and kitchen had absolutely everything we needed for making meals. The owner was great too and helpful with reminders of when to get the trash out. The o Lu downside was the location. We typically go to Seashore state park so the drive was a little further than we would’ve liked and traffic seemed backed up all the time. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

Labor Day

The townhouse was very spacious, plenty of room for our family of five, with everything we needed (as advertised). The property is dog friendly and the community was great for walking my dog! They even have puppy waste stations which makes it very convenient to clean up after your pet. The pool was very clean and in close proximity to the townhouse. The owner was easy to reach and quick to respond for scheduling and check-in purposes. Only downside for me, which is no reflection on the property owner, was that I picked the week of Labor Day to travel as opposed to the week of Columbus Day (like I normally do). Traffic was more hectic than I was used to and there was emergency response alarms going off constantly in the area. The upside for me was the warmer weather and the opportunity to make more use of the beach and the pool. Great time overall. We love Bethany Beach, so we’ll be back!

Thanksgiving stay

The property was lovely what you see is what you get. The home was clean and plenty of space for my family. I received the code for the house the night before so check in was easy and contactless. The property had awesome neighbors who were very friendly and so were the grocery people which was located only two minutes away and right across the street there was another grocery store located next to a bar, liquor store,subway and a few other stores. The kitchen was beautiful and fully equipped for the thanksgiving meal I prepared for my family. There were a few chill out places. One being the main living area, another by the kitchen and another outside on the deck which has a picnic table as well as a few other end tables and chairs. The beds were extremely comfy in each and every room. I was most grateful because this home was a dog friendly house. It’s hard to find nice homes that are pet friendly. I don’t need to contact the owner for anything but I would like to thank them. This was a lovely get away for my family who has been stuck in the house due to Covid. We had to provide our own sheets, towels and wash clothes but we need this prior to check in and during these times of covid it’s best this wAy. The extra bonus were we weren’t far from the outlets so we got to do some extra shopping. Would definitely use this rental again.

As Delaware natives it has long been our families dream to own a property at the Beach. We have enjoyed coming down for a summer stay every year for the majority of our lives and we are thrilled to be able to offer that same experience to our renters.

Our property is meant for families just like ours. We understand that beach vacations can be very pricey and we want to make the experience more attainable. Guests will have more than enough space with all of the amenities of feeling right at home while at the beach.

Our community offers a wonderful pool and small boat ramp for access to Whites Creek. We also enjoy the fact that we can walk to many of our favorite restaurants and shopping experiences and avoid the summer traffic.
