This was such a delightful find! We loved the beautifully decorated home, dinner in the garden gazebo and exploring the lake. The owners were so kind and responsive. This is a really special place to stay
The place was a very cute area with on-site laundry. Beautiful views, quiet. Host was very friendly. Definitely highly recommended to anybody who wants to get a quick getaway.
Needed a last minute place to stay for a local festival with some friends and this was only a few minutes away and was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Rick took very good care of us and the entire experience was great!Would book again. :)
We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful location on the water. It’s a quiet location convenient to many Buckeye Lake favorites. I enjoyed time relaxing and reading my book on the deck.
The property was clean and comfortable; however, if you have trouble climbing stairs, this rental may be a little challenging. I will definitely consider renting this unit in the future until I am no longer able to comfortably climb stairs. Owner was very helpful and more than accommodating to our needs.

Rick’s place is great! Highly recommend it! Very cozy, u love that there were fans inside as well, patios were awesome with the view, had access to kayaking, bike riding, and swimming in the lake. Walkable restaurants and a couple breweries around. Rick was also so sweet and accommodating with us. He responded fast. If I’m back in the area, I’d 100% stay here again.
Very enjoyable stay. Place was very clean and comfortable. Surroundings were very peaceful and relaxing. Enjoyed the view from the balconies. Rick had bikes, fire ring, kayaks available for our use. He was very accomodating and available when he was needed. Would definitely stay again!
Cozy villa/loft on a beautiful, quiet cove. Owner had docks, kayaks, bikes, and firepit available at site. We brought lake floats and paddle board. Perfect location for paddle boarding. Loved the 2nd story deck/porch complete with ceiling fans for a relaxing visit.

Very nice but quirky structure.
The building is charming and clean and location is beautiful, but the structure is a bit quirky w BR and the only BA on first floor, kitchen & LR on 2nd and additional sleeping space on 3rd (late night bathroom visits are potentially awkward as climbing steps may be, especially for elderly. No problem for just wife and I.My biggest gripe is communication as the host responded to questions, but I wasn't notified and didn't know he replied until I inadvertantly saw the reply days later. A few more days after that, I got a notification that the host reached out but saw only the original Q&A on the website. If a second communication was sent, I was never aware.Whether due to my inability to get communications, or a lack of information having been sent, we weren't sure where to park or how to get into the building, or even which building it was. This was in part due to an outdated pic on the website showing 3 buildings but there are actually 4. We figured it out quickly, but it was late at night and someone prone to get uptight may been uptight or put out. OR the chance exists of someone jacking around at the wrong door at 1:00 AM. Also, there are one way streets that take you a cirtutous route. We drove the wrong way down what is really an allley. Not an issue due to how late it was and how little traffic ever used the street, but a bit confusing.
Everything was very nice and tidy. Only complaint was the shower head was barely operational. Also bathroom light acted like a strobe light. Everything else was very nice.
A fantastic rental site. Quite, but located near plenty of activities. The property manager is one of the nicest and most interesting people you will ever meet. I highly recommend this rental location, and expect to return in the future.
Perfect, cozy place right on the water for my husband, 15 year old son and myself. We just needed a short, relaxing getaway to do a little fishing, walking and recharging. The Boatyard for dinner and Dips on the Lake for dessert were perfect and walking distance.
Rick was a great host and his property on Buckeye Lake was beautiful. We had a very relaxing weekend and the setting was perfect for us to relax and enjoy each other's company.

Perfect for a small family. Clean and easy check in.
The cottage was adorable! Beautiful view! Plenty of space for a family w a queen bed and the loft w 2 twin beds. Having a full kitchen and laundry is so nice while on vacation. We had a wonderful stay and cant wait to come back and visit againagainagainintfuturefuture.
Perfect place to enjoy a lake getaway to wind down the summer and catch the action at THE OSU football game with our daughter. Quiet and serene and conveniently located near many great restaurants. Loved the charm of the property.
