Barbados, It is the ideal vacation getaway accommodation, Consisting of (2)Two bedrooms, (1) One bath room, kitchen, dining and living room and laundry facility, an outside covered porch with a extra table and chairs also a umbrella for outside dining and (2) two relaxing chairs it enables you to take in the distant views of the country side and night lights of the island, you can also take in the view of the popular Oistins Town which is known for it's annual fish festival and Thursday Nights Karoake and Line Dancing also the Friday Nights Fish Fry it is located about (20) Twenty minutes away, we are located about (15) FIFTEER MINUTES from the airport by car, the beach is with in walking distance also a surfing school.

Great stay in Oistins

Arthur warmly greeted us on our arrival and gave us a tour of the place. It was clean and had all the necessities for a longer stay, though we were only there for the night. The area feels safe and is just a short walk to the beach.

This is the second year staying here with my daughter. I picked the location for proximity to the nearest beach as it is familiar and lots of locals go there. The walk to the beach provided us with plenty of stops to observe nature and animals around us. The walk to the ZR is at the top of the road, so convenient for us to find somewhere to eat, buy food or shop. Arthur was available when needed and we enjoyed our "Barbados home" again. We would come back again.

Homey and cute

Arthur was a great host. We were happy to share a two night stay at his Little Eden. Convenient to the Oistons Fish Fry and beautiful beaches. He gave us great recommendations for dining as well.

Nice place and owner

A lovely clean and affordable holiday home a little walk from the beach and restaurants in Oistins. It’s a lovely and vibrant area of the island as it has a mixture of local culture and tourism. The owner Arthur is a nice guy and strives to make the stay as comfortable as possible.

The location was great close to the beach and to Oistins a central location to activities, shopping.

Excellent location, beautiful space hosts was welcoming and interactive, there were a couple of minor flaws we worked around. All in all it was good.

Clean and Friendly spot!

Arthur maintains a very clean, spacious, and friendly spot in Barbados. It is a ways away from some amenities, but a relatively short walk to the beaches and busier areas. He has great connections for taxis to take you where you need to go and we were able to coordinate with one of them to take us to the far end of the island and back to the airport. Great stay!

The hosts were extremely welcoming, lovely couple , and also very helpful with any problems that may crop up .. great location for easy access to the coast beach’s and restaurants south of Bridgetown, literally a few minutes from Miami Beach which is a great spot . Thanks for a great stay , wouldn’t hesitate to book again …

This location will crtainly be out first choice in the future.The stay was excellent.Our expectations was exeeded Excellent greeting from Arthur.Excellent tour of the house.Phone listings of the amenities, contact numbers, etc.Very clean with many items to assist and make the stay very comfortable.Very well self contained. Cooking condements, bathroom and bedroom were superb.Quick to respond to any needs.Paper towel, garbage bags, etc.Arthur routinely checked in to see how the stay was.We needed to extend our stay and Arthur was very quick to respond favorably.

Fabulous place to stay. Air conditioning in both bedrooms Very clean, 4 ceiling fans and one stand fan Umbrella in round table with four chairs on gated private area Washing machine in unit. Full kitchen. Private parking in secure gated area Owner is very welcoming.

Great place to call home during our vacation in Barbados

The property is in a larger residence, but is its own apartment complete with a patio that has a table, chairs and umbrella. The washing machine was great and there are many lines on the patio that you can use to hang dry clothes. We rented a car which is probably the best option for this location. The place was very clean and there was a lot of household items that could be used for cooking, cleaning, and just living life. My only suggestion would be to have more towels as there were 2 bath towels and 2 beach towels but 4 of us. Arthur was very friendly and helpful.

Little Eden - Best place to stay for Family Vacation

Firstly I would like to say thanks to Mr. Arthur and his wife for having us, they are very kind and welcoming. If you are looking for a place in Barbados that is safe and minutes to all the best beaches, food spots and nightlife. Look no further. The place is very clean, full kitchen, washing machine, hot & cold water both in the shower and kitchen, comfortable sofa, AC units in both bedrooms, Wifi, cable tv, outside seating area with umbrella to shade the sun. Secured parking. Also I forget to mention affordable. Mr. Arthur even stock the fridge with some refreshments prio to our arrival, Thank you the kids loved the juices. We really appreciate our stay and will be back again. Thank you and may god bless you both.

Lovely place to stay

I stayed with my little girl (2.5yo) and friend at Little Eden, and it felt pretty spacious. Bedrooms - The bedrooms are a good size, although I couldn't unpack everything (1 draw and the shelves had the additional bedding and towels). I stayed (by chance) in a room where the curtains were a heavier material and helped to block the light out, whereas my friend stayed in the room where the material was lighter in weight and let a lot of light in. I would make a suggestion to have curtains that keep out more light for a better sleep. Kitchen/Living Rooms - They had pretty much everything that we needed (including the play pen, which was well beyond her age, but the novelty with the balls and football kept her entertained a little). The washing machine was a necessity for me as we use cloth nappies, and it meant that I didn’t head home with any dirty clothes or nappies. Cleanliness - The place was clean overall, but the floor was a little dirty. In regard to being able to live in a clean space, cleaning products were available which meant that we were able to clean up after ourselves and have a tidy space. Outside area - My main disappointment is that the pictures show access to the grass where I thought that my little could run around in a bit of nature, but that isn't the case any longer. It would be good to have that detail updated in the listing. There is access to the concrete area with table and chairs and lines to hang up the clothes. Noise - Arthur was very conscious of
