Sun & Sea luxury aparments with a private pool
Prestigious Villa Sun and Sea is the perfect choice for you to have a relaxing holiday retreat close to the beach with a beautiful view of the whole Punat bay. Villa consists of 2 apartments in one house, which are only rented together as a single unit to only one group of guests.
Lower apartment is a 40m2 studio with one double bed and a comfortable sofa bed for two. Upper 80m2 apartment consists of 3 bedrooms - one with a double bed, one with two single beds and one with one single bed. In the living room there is also a comfortable sofa bed for one.
There is a private pool in the green garden in front of the Villa at your disposal for the whole duration of your stay. Here you can relax and enjoy the warm rays of sun on the sun beds, have a barbecue or simply enjoy a few drinks with your friends and family in the lounge area. With walking distance to the beach, gorgeous view of Punat and all 4-star attributes, Villa Sun and Sea provides everything for an enjoyable and prestigious holiday you will remember.
