Unit was very clean. Unit has been very cheaply updated. Mattress on bed needs replaced. Furniture couch and chair are dirty and need cleaned or replaced. Kitchen and bathroom sinks have no stoppers. Kitchen sink is sooo small you cannot was dishes in it. No dishwasher detergent in unit. Big negative air conditioner does not cover the unit. Bedroom is extremely hot. But pictures and reviews were not accurate. Dishes are cheap and are not microwaveable. We made the best we could of our stay but will not return to this unit. The view was nice.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay in this small, older condo which provided a good ocean view and a very short walk to the beach. Hilton Island is a very busy place, but at the condo, we could only hear the ocean.

What a view!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: e stayed here from early Jan to mid-February and loved it. The view is fantastic. The condo was very nice and comfortable. Everything was clean and well-maintained. We enjoy staying near Coligny and walking into town and along the beach, and this condo is perfectly located for both. The grounds are safe and well maintained. Too cold for the pool but it looked nice. The sun deck is a nice touch, very relaxing. Perfect for a couple looking to get away from the bad weather in the north. The Vacation Time people are always very nice and helpful.

Disappointing Service from Rental Agency

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very nice however the service we received from the rental agency was disappointing. Upon leaving, my son realized he'd left a nice pair of polo shorts. I emailed the rental agency twice to request they be sent to us. Neither email was acknowledged. I won't book through them again.

Thank you for your review. May I ask what email address you used or to whom you addressed your emials? We generally answer all emails and we return hundreds of items left behind by our guests every year. Would have been happy to go look and return them to you had you just given us a call on our 800 phone number. They may have even been turned into us by the housekeeper. Let us know what they looked like and we will be happy to see if they're here. Thanks again

Small repairs needed. Amazing location!

I enjoyed my stay very much. Amazing location!!! Didn't care too much for the amenaties of the building, but they looked like well kept in order. There are a few things worth mentioning to improve the place. The master bed has a door stopper that's broken. The fridge makes a rattling noice very frequently, the edges of the small table are loose, the master bed is in pretty bad shape (very big dent in the middle). Besides those small things, the stay has been wonderful.

Superb Location. Great for couple.

We enjoyed our visit to Hilton Head. The unit was as described - comfortable for a couple, a terrific beach view and good proximity to Coligny Square. The building is very quiet and the unit has all the essentials (but no wine glasses!). A small problem with the wifi at check in was resolved virtually instantaneously - so full credit to the property managers. Would happily return.

Vacation Time - Seaside Villas - Beach Get Away

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Vacation Time was able to accomodate my crazed schedule and hurricane Dorian... The Seaside Villa that I rented was perfect - just enough space for getting away to the beach. Easy access to the beach and what a great view of the ocean.
