We absolutely loved our stay in the cottage! Every amenity you can think of was available, what a perfect place to stay! Very close to town and activities. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing cabin!

Loved this place. Definitely recommend to anyone. Everything you need, plus washer and dryer, hot tub, and super comfy beds.

Great place. Valdez is a great place to visit and this is the best place to stay. Great location, mountains all around. The rental has everything and more that you need. Set up to feel at home instantly. Super clean too. Managed very well. 5 stars all around.

Perfect getaway

This is a great place for a group of friends or small family. 2 private rooms and bathrooms, very comfy beds, fully set up kitchen. Had everything you need. Location was fantastic being a 5 minute drive to downtown Valdez and the harbor. Quiet property and relaxing in the hot tub in the evenings is the perfect touch. Definitely recommended!

Convenient, clean, Beds and pull out bed were great. Kitchen and coffee were a nice, unexpected luxury. Boot drier was a godsend for wed kids breakup boots. Overall well worthe the cost.

The property was a great location for our adventures in Valdez. Check-in was very easy, as was all communication. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and small appliances. Lots of other extras, too! Really a nice set up. The hot tub is a great addition to the property grounds. Everything felt private. 5 stars for sure!

Our time in the cottage was nothing short of magical. It's a great location, and Jessica has added so many lovely touches. The hot tub is a joy. This was the best place we've stayed on our Alaska adventure, and one of the best places we've stayed ever.

We stayed a week at the property and all was seamless!

Grandparents, parents and a4 year old granddaughter. We had never been to Valdez before and VRBO made the trip great. We were able to sightsee glaciers, shop in small town shops and fish for salmon... we could not have had a better time! Thank you Jessica and VRBO!

The location made it easy for us to go on adventures in Valdez and have a place to come home to that was clean and comfortable. Jessica was very helpful. We appreciated the extras that were well stocked like coffee and tea, ziplock bags, and toiletries.

The best experience!

The cottage and location was incredible! With a wonky fishing schedule they were more than communicative and accommodating, it was so welcoming and comfortable. Two adults a teen and child had more than enough room! Would definitely be my first choice for more summers to come in Valdez!

Awesome Cottage

Our stay was too short! The Cottage is wonderful. It was stocked with everything that we needed plus unexpected goodies. Loved the heated mattress pad and comfy bed! Hostess, Jess, was responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again if we ever get back to Valdez. I highly recommend this listing. Close to all that Valdez has to offer.

Excellent host that goes the extra mile!

Fabulous place to stay! Close to town but far enough to be quiet. The property is clean and up-to-date with all amenities you'd want (TV, internet, Keurig, etc.). The communication was excellent and the hospitality was amazing! The host even left us beer (which was very tasty) and some other goodies. Could not have been better. Oh, did I mention there is a hot tub :) ?

Valdez stay

The property was clean and ready when we arrived, the house was amazingly stocked and had an ample selection of Keurig pods ( I love coffee). It was close to Valdez but far enough that we were in a quiet atmosphere without a lot of noise. Probably one of the top rental of all times. I will rent this again.

Our stay was everything we could have hoped for. Our group consisted of two couples, 3 singles and a baby. With the couple sleeping in the bedrooms, and the singles sleeping on the pull out bed and cot we all fit very comfortably. When we arrived the pull out bed, cot and pack n play were completely set up for us and everything was neat and tidy. Jess our host stocked the bathrooms and kitchen with everything you could possibly need (tooth brushes, batteries, sewing kit, shot glasses etc.) She was very accommodating with the hot tub hours and communicating timely. Overall our trip was amazing and we would definitely stay again and recommend you to stay to!

Perfect Cottage for a Valdez Getaway

My BFF and I stayed for 4 nights at this wonderful cottage. Everything is as described and much more. More thoughtful touches like a well stocked kitchen and baskets of goodies we might want, more space in the backyard with beautiful trees and flowers, more paper products than we could use and more comfort than most VRBO’s in the chairs and sofa and beds! Jessica is delightful and walked us through the home with helpful explanations. We were right at home within minutes of arrival. 😀

Fishing week in Valdez

This place is a cozy, clean & comfortable place to stay . The location is perfect for the fishermen. The kitchen is well stocked & the equipment to cook with is outstanding. The property owner is super nice & friendly. They go out of their way to be sure you are comfortable. The beds are comfortable but the sleeper sofa bed was tolerable. We hope to be back again next year!! Thanks to the owner for a wonderful place to stay!!
