About this property

Oceanfront Rental House on a Private Beach!!!

On the Beach!!! Your back stairs end in the sand.

Brant Rock, on the Green Harbor Line. This well maintained, turnkey home features 1 Master bedroom (King), 1 Guest bedroom (Queen), a Bunk-bed Room (4 Twins), and a small kid's loft, as well as a kitchen/living room, a sitting room, and two full bathrooms.
The top floor has a rear walk out that goes directly down only 8 porch steps into the sand on the beach.
Great for kids.
Set on a quiet beach that changes daily with the tide. Some days have all sand, some days show thousands of pebbles and rocks, and some draw calm waters or big waves. (...which means occasionally the sandy beach is covered in seaweed).

This private cove is yours, however you can always just walk about 2 minutes further up the beach to the public beach with larger crowds.

The house is convenient to Green Harbor Marina, golf, the Fair Grounds, restaurants, shopping & more!
All renters will receive a welcome packet with information on local food and night life, as well as info on the house (which is updated with all smart TV's, available chargers, Roomba's, and all the technology of a modern home).
This house sits just a short walk (or near instantaneous drive) to The Point restaurant, which is famous for it's seafood, outside roof deck, and bar open until 11pm nightly.
And of course Brant Rock center has plenty of dining, live bands, bars, :south shore bar pies", and other essentials (Haddad's, The Jetty, Venue II, etc).

We require that all guests bring their own washables (e.g. pillows, linens, and towels).
We do NOT provide laundry service.
But if you are coming from far away and cannot bring your bedding and towels, we can provide it for a $100 fee (which is what we are charged extra by the cleaners to do all the washing).

All noise is brought in by 10pm.
Rentals will be ended for a violation of this rule.

And the only bad news about the house is that there IS ONLY ONE PARKING SPOT. So this is for a family, a couple, or a single. If you are looking for a house for your group, this house will not work. There is NO other parking options within a mile.
We can arrange a 2nd spot if you let us know you need it though.

This is a nice property with a surprising amount of room. And it’s on a quiet private beach. The host, Tommy, is a great host. We were not familiar with the area, and he gave us local highlights and places to eat. And just was easy to work with. Overall a great stay!

We stayed for a few days for Thanksgiving 2025. Lucked out with beautiful weather. This is the perfect spot for a quiet week at the beach. We would love to come back for some summer fun. Beds were very comfortable, great TV's and internet for the teens and my husband! I gave the property 4 stars because if you have mobility issues it might be difficult getting around. This spot is perfect for a quaint New England Beach Holiday.

Great Location!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Tommy's property. The location was perfect as it was right on the beach and close to everywhere we planned on visiting. It's only a short drive to Boston or Plymouth and within reach of the Cape. The house layout suited us well and our kids absolutely loved the upstairs nook they slept in. Overall I would highly recommend booking this place if its available. Tommy was a wonderful host. Would love to come back in the summertime (We visited November 2021).

Beach House get away

Everything went great from getting the rental booked to communicating with owner about checking to the stay to check out. The entire family loved every minute of our stay and would recommend to other families. Lots of space and great beach right out the back door.

Weekend Getaway

The weather didn't cooperate for us over Memorial Day weekend but we still had a great long weekend right on the beach, hearing the waves crash outside and walking along the beach when the rain momentarily ceased. Plenty of space for our three kids and an easy walk to town. Tommy is very responsive should you need anything!

Amazing beachfront retreat

My family and I loved this beach house for a getaway during the week during the school year. We had plenty of rooms and wifi to do our remote work and school, and then only had a few steps to the amazing beach. We spent hours walking around the rocks and tide pools. At the house, we enjoyed the entertainment systems, especially the old-school Nintendo.

Lifelong dream to own this home. The hope is to split the seasons by renting the house to guests for some time, and then to allow my kids to create a lifetime of memories by using it for the rest of the summer themselves. Balancing an investment possibility with a long time dream.

Why they chose this property

I visited Marshfield Beaches throughout every summer vacation in my youth. It has been my plan to offer this to my kids as well. After many years of planning, I am excited to actually own one, and have the opportunity to rent to guests to share it as well.
