Surplombant le lac Big Bear et Bakers Pond, la vue de cette maison de luxe est incroyable. Assise au-dessus sur un Eagle Ridge, cette maison est un choix parfait pour votre réunion de famille ou vos vacances. Que ce soit pour un espace en plein air ou un divertissement en intérieur, il y a de quoi s'amuser.

Élégamment décoré, Eagle Ridge est spacieux avec une sensation de confort. Les pavillons en pin, les comptoirs en granit et les sols en pierre complètent le décor montagnard. Cette maison a un plan d'étage ouvert. La cuisine et la salle à manger sont reliées par un grand îlot central qui laisse suffisamment de place pour les grands repas de famille. Il est entièrement équipé et dispose d'un lave-vaisselle. Vous pourrez vous réchauffer ou regarder des films sur le téléviseur à écran plat au coin du feu. Ce niveau a accès au pont pour faire des grillades sur le barbecue au propane tout en profitant de la vue ou de l’immersion dans le bain à remous.

La chambre principale est située à ce niveau et possède sa propre salle de bain complète avec bain à remous, douche, cheminée et terrasse privée. Une chambre avec un lit Queen est également à l'étage principal.

Au niveau supérieur, il y a trois chambres, chacune avec des lits queen. La chambre des enfants a deux lits superposés en forme de navires de pirates, l’aventure l’attend!  Les chambres n'ont pas de câble.  Il y a un bonus mezzanine avec deux canapés-lits queen pour dormir plus ou juste un endroit tranquille pour faire la sieste ou lire et se détendre. La salle de jeux comprend une table de billard, un jeu de palets et un bar pour les bons moments et le rire. Rassemblez-vous dehors pour une partie de fers à cheval et admirez les couleurs de la saison du magnifique jardin paysager. Eagle Ridge, est des vacances au dessus du reste.

Remarque: ne déplacez pas la table de la piscine! SI VOUS DÉPLACEZ LA TABLE DE PISCINE, votre acompte sera perdu et tout montant dépassant celui des réparations supplémentaires.

Beautiful property and great for multi family use. The host company is incredibly quick at answering inquiries and very helpful. Great location, easy access to the lake, the village shops and grocery store. We had a great time, highly recommend this property!

There was an alarm that would intermittently beep throughout the stay, most of the blinds were broken and would fall apart when attempting to open, one of the bedroom doors was incapable of shutting because the doors didn't fit the frame, the wifi was spotty, there were about 25 tv remotes but no instructions on how to work each tv and we could only find one remote that worked so had to use it for every cable box, the ping pong table was missing a wheel, upstairs was 90 degrees but downstairs was freezing at the same time in the middle of the night even though we did our best to properly use both thermostats, no pantry in the kitchen, no laundry detergent provided, no towels for the jacuzzi, the fridge in the kitchen was smaller than usual. We stay at a cabin in Big bear every winter and this was by far our worst experience. View and location were great, jacuzzi worked well. But overall we were extremely underwhelmed with this property.

Great stop for getting close the the center of big bear.

Had a great time at big bear and this location made it special! There were a few things that were a little worn down or falling apart but nothing that inhibited the trip. One thing that we we noticed was that the whirlpool in the master bathroom shot out black objects and bugs when activated but nothing a quick rinse and soap down could fix. Also about the listing on vrbo though it says it sleeps 16 adults it’s only 14 with 2 minors(city law), we got this notice after the 50 percent refund drop. Overall great stay, had a good time and would recommend!

Our family enjoyed our stay in this very nice home. It had pool table, shuffle board and ping pong table for all the family to enjoy. Only downfall for some was no air conditioning in the home. It was a bit warm during the day. They do provide lots of fans throughout the home to use. We made the best of it. Very beautiful home and views.

Mountain getaway

Wonderful family friendly home with lots of recreational activities for all ages. We had a delightful Thanksgiving celebration. The only downside was Mother Nature. No snow! I hope we have a rainy season soon to refill the lake and bring much needed snow to the area. We did enjoy hiking and fishing , pool and ping pong tournaments and made many great family memories. Thank you for the use of your beautiful home.

Amazing Vocation at Big Bear lake

The cabin is as great as it shown on the listing. My fitness and I, group of 16 adults, had amazing time. The cabin is located close to lake with decks where you can rent boats, jetski or launch your own. Thank you for great time!

Wonderful House!

Great Luxurious Lodging

Excellent property. Very spacious for the entire family. Plenty of room to enjoy during the day, and plenty of space for sleeping arrangements at night. Amenities made it great for both adults and children. Very close to ski resort, only a few minutes drive. House was fully stocked with all necessary amenities for cooking and cleaning.

Labor Day 2014

A beautiful highly upgraded, luxurious home in a upscale, newer home subdivision. The floor plan works well for larger extended families. The great room allows for family gatherings with plenty of elbow room, group kitchen meal preparations, relaxation on the oversized grilling deck over looking the pines and some lake views. A very private view deck with attached balcony decks from several other portions of the home. Simply a lovely home, a grand place to celebrate family and friends. Loved every minute of the stay.

I had a four night stay at this property we were celebrating mine and my brothers birthday, The home is beautiful, the kitchen is fully equipped we had lots of family time.The bedding was very clean with extra bedding in each room. The kitchen and 3 bedrooms had private decks very private. We enjoyed all the activities in the game loft. The deposit is a bit high but I got it back just fine, I booked the property with Monica she was great very sweet and flexible . I was told the reviews on the property were from a previous property I trusted her and I'm glad I did it was just great and luxurious as the pictures and description. I really recommend this property it was a amazing stay for me and my family. I wish everyone a outstanding stay like ours.

Beach house fishing trip with family

The house was not what we expected at all. We would have paid an extra $200 per night to get newer carpet and updated bathrooms. Also the spider webs and amount of dirt around the place was unacceptable. we were hoping to do a lot of fishing off of the dock (reason we wanted water front) and as it turns out the dock was too shallow and we were not able to cast out lines. our neighbors were catching fish from their properly placed dock. Lastly $1M + property should be kept up with newer furniture. we sat on our lawn chairs inside the house because we didn't want to sit on those sofas. This feed back is not intended to be mean or vengeful, I simply wanted to provide you good feedback so that maybe you can rent the place out more often and make some money.

Head of family

This lakefront property was great. The home is older inside but being on such a beautiful property makes up for it. Being able to swim and play in the water at any time was perfect for my sons birthday weekend. There is a big game room, incredible views and the master has an indoor spa right in the room. The kitchen had lots of amenities and made out time here easier. We hardly left the cabin, it had all we needed. Destination Big Bear has a helpful staff, easy to use website and a clean cabin. Thank you staff.

The home was beautiful. But we had some complaints the fridge should be replaced as it never got cold the entire time we were there. The jacuzzi was filthy and it looked moldy so no one was able to use it. Other than that we enjoyed the location.

Family Labor Day visit

The cabin was clean and well kept. We loved all the board games and the hot tub!! Definitly need to check on the deck in the front, by BBQ, as this part of the deck had a board missing and the railing was not stable. We just kept kids from climbing on it. Also we had luke-warm at best water as for some reason the hot water was not cooperating. I thought it was just the sink as the handle needs to be fixed, and thought kids were just complaining because it was not super hot, but the water was Not hot at all and just barely warm. They need to put out some dish towels as well, didn;t want to, but used bathroom hand towels for kitchen. Overall I am still giving the Pine Haven property a good rating because we are easy going and truly enjoyed our time together as a family.
