Stunning beach side bungalow, with private pool in lush tropical gardens, outdoor bathroom with jacuzzi and rainshower. This 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom beauty cannot fail to impress the most discerning tenant. Located just a 5-min walk to beautiful Khao Takiab beach, and less than a 15-min drive to Hua Hin town centre, you will never want to leave.
Architecturally designed in an L-shape, all 4 bedrooms cleverly open onto a private landscaped garden area topped with an 11-metre pool. The fully walled property is private, quiet and perfect for families or friends to enjoy.
The open-plan sitting room and dining room provides everything you could ever want while on holiday. Internet and Cable TV are just some of the provisions on offer in this house.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar, oven, microwave, espressomachine and even a dishwasher for those wishing to try their hand at a little cooking. To dine in style, beautiful antique furniture is on-hand in the dining room


Beach Activities: A five minute stroll from the house is Khao Takiab beach which is wonderful for swimming, playing and walking. There is horse riding, water sports and massage/manicure services available on the beach. Or if you just want to relax, you can sit at one of the beach cafes for some fresh fish or use the deck chairs provided by various cafes. At one end of the beach is Monkey Mountain which you can climb to find local monkeys. At the other end is Khao Tao a lovely little fishing village. If you like walking early in the morning, going from the house to Khao Tao is wonderful as the beach is wide and expansive with little development the further you walk. You certainly cannot get this experience on Hua Hin beach which is quite narrow and tends to get very busy in the peak season.

Activities close by: Khao Takiab is superior to Hua Hin town in many ways, least of all being so close to all that the town has to offer but remaining in a quieter environment with local fishermen tending their nets nearby and temple activities within view of the house.
Very close to the house you can find more strenuous fun things like quad-bike riding for those adventurous enough to ride around the dirt tracks or elephant riding at the Elephant Village, just north of town.
For golf enthusiasts, you can find a range of golf courses nearby. What better way to enjoy your golfing holiday than staying by the beach and heading to the courses when you want to play.

Around Hua Hin: There are lots of things to see and do in and around Hua HIn. You can hire your own car or we can help you find a car and driver to visit the waterfalls, go to the nearby National parks or visit secluded bays and coves around the area. If you are interested in fashion then you will certainly want to visit the Factory Outlets between Bangkok and Hua Hin.

We have rented many properties in Thailand in recent years and this stands out as the very best. There was a warm welcome feel to the property whilst it excelled in facilities and equipment. The garden was such a treat and clearly as well maintained as the house. The shower was a bit erratic but that was probably a local issue. The manager was efficient and kindly. I could not recommend it enough.

A big house and big yard within a short walk to the ocean and some nice restaurants. Very quiet and peaceful. Hire a Grab to take you into the malls for a very low price. If you like quiet and peaceful, with lots of room and nice amenities, this is your place.

Great house for a family vacation

Fabulous relaxing stay. Amazing location with beach, shops, restaurants within 2 min walk away. Local people are very welcoming and friendly. Appreciated the space in garden and pool. Spent all our time outside and only used indoors for food preparation and sleeping. House was great for our needs, however small amount tlc wouldn't go a miss but to be expected of a property of this age. Nothing detracted our enjoyment. 100% recommend. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Memories made. We live in Australia and met our English family here for a 5 week stay.

Perfect for family getaways

Our family of 5 spent a great week relaxing at this fantastic Villa. The garden, terrace and pool makes for a great gathering place for family time. I highly recommend staying here, the neighbourhood has loads of restaurants and the beach is close

Relaxing

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here, the last time was 6 years ago. The property itself has had some upgrades since we weee last here and is in good shape. Clove to the beach and close to convenience stores - only a taxi from Hua Hin tow centre. Check in was a bit chaotic, but managed to get sorted - the owner Laurien is very helpful and responds quickly and accommodating. After the check in - everything was fine. There is construction work happening around the property but doesn’t really bother you. Great place to stay with a family

Great stay w a little modification could be wheelchair accessible

Loved our stay w our extended family of 7 people ages 5-84 years old and a wheelchair user. Pics don’t do it Justice. I think kitchen has been updated since the pics were taken. With just a couple cheap small portable wooden ramps for front entrance and back steps towards the pool this could be offered as fully accessible. The bathroom w the twin beds in the main house is what our wheelchair user used. The bathroom and shower in the main bedroom in the main building would only need portable transfer benches to be usable by the disabled. Khun Ada, the manager was just wonderful and responded to all requests within the hour. Highly recommend

Wow, wow, wow! Incredible property! Amazing stay!

Do not hesitate - book this house now. You will definitely be glad that you did!! It was so great for our multi-generational crew, including for our 2 and 4 year old boys. This house is set up so well for families and has open spaces for kids to play. I don't know where to begin with how wonderful this property and property management is and how easy they made everything, from check in, to helping us find a masseuse, etc. They were very responsive and attended to our every need. So first, the house -- it is more beautiful than you can imagine and the photos online do not fully capture how gorgeous this home is. The home feels luxurious, spacious, and peaceful. The furnishings are lovely and everything about the house is high end and top of the line, including the stove, microwave, and kitchen. When we arrived, we saw that the property owner HAD A WHEELCHAIR RAMP MADE!!, AND INSTALLED!!, just for our visit. I mean, wow. This home is ideal if you have a family member in a wheelchair. There is a bedroom on the first floor with two twin beds and its own bathroom that worked perfectly for our family member and her caregiver. The house is so roomy, that the wheelchair can easily pass through the hallways and to the open areas. The thoughtfulness of the owners for installing the wheelchair ramp was appreciated. Quiet neighborhood. The pool was beautiful for our boys (ages 2 and 4). There is bar/restaurant across the street. Beach is a 3 minute walk. Annual trip here for us! :)

Great Location

This is a lovely vacation house. Very roomy, incredible backyard. Our contact with the owner before arrival was good. After a day of exploring Hua Hin the backyard and pool felt like paradise. The location of this villa lends itself very nice for venturing into Hua Hin and the markets. The songtheows are close by and so cheap and easy to use. The local beach is just a short stroll down the road, little restaurants are all close by. We had trouble with our flight and luggage on arrival so phoned the manager very early in the morning, as we were 7 hours late and she had arranged transport. May have put us on the wrong foot with her for the rest of our trip! The house wasn't very clean, I did buy cleaner and had the manager bring a mop for me to wash the floors. Fridge wasn't cleaned. When we paid for maid service half way during our vacation the lady cleaned very well so I am not sure why it wasn't clean when we arrived, just an oversite I guess. Unfortunately when we arrived the pool pump was not working so the pool was very dirty and unusable for the first 5 days. We weren't informed of this by the owner or manager but by the people who came to work on the pump. Once fixed and cleaned a few times the pool was fantastic although the pump ran over 8 hours a day. The jacuzzi never worked but there was no need for it, the shower was delightful. I would certainly recommend this villa as I am sure the dirty floors and fridge were just an odd occurrence. It's spacious, lovely garden and flowers, great pool and the perfect location. Oh it's also very quiet.

Familienurlaub in Hua Hin

Wir waren mit 4 Teenagern und 4 Erwachsene 8 Tage zu Gast in der Villa von Laurien und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Das Haus ist komfortabel und sehr schön eingerichtet. Insgesamt stehen 4 Zimmer acht Schlafplätze zur Verfügung (2 Kingszize, 2x2 Einzelbetten). Die Pool ist eingebettet in einem wunderschönen Garten und ein Traum. Laurien war im Vorfeld sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns auch den Transfer vom Flughafen mit einem Mini-Van organisiert (2500 TBH). Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, der Strand ca 200 Meter entfernt. Vorsicht vor den Affen, die teilweise aggressiv auftreten und im garten btzw. auf der Straße rumlungern. Die Lage ist recht urban, aber mit diversen Supermärkten und Restaurant alles fußläufig zu erledigen.

Tolle drei Wochen in Thailand 🇹🇭

Wir waren zu fünft erstmalig in Thailand. Die Wahl des wirklich schönen Hauses mit Pool entschieden wir auf Grund sehr guter Erfahrungen mit FeWo-direkt. Im Haus und im Garten fehlte es an nichts. Wir hatten sogar einen Gärtner der mit uns die Kokosnüsse erntete und trinkfertig servierte. Mit dem Haus hatten wir eine Thai Managerin, die uns super mit dem Planen von Ausflügen und der Organisation der Taxis unterstützte. Die Lage des Hauses ist super nah am Golf von Thailand, so dass wir jeden Tag auch dort baden waren. Das aber wirklich besondere für uns war die Erfahrung, dass dort am Felsen freilebende Affen 🙈 leben und diese auch bis zu uns in den Garten kamen. Das war aber tatsächlich kein Problem, sondern eher bereichernd und abenteuerlich. Das einzige was das Gesamterlebnis etwas beeinträchtige, war dass in unmittelbarer Nähe ein neuer „Häuserklotz“ gebaut wurde und wir dadurch etwas Baulärm ausgesetzt waren. Sehr zu empfehlen ist u.a. ein Ausflug zum Pala- U Wasserfall. Dort haben wir alle 5 Level erklettert und im super kühlen Wasser mit mega vielen Fischen schwimmen können.

Perfect charming home near "locals" beach

This house is charming and full of character. The salt water pool is perfect for a midday dip when the beach gets too hot... we strolled down the road every day for food prepared by a lovely family right at the corner of the beach and the road that the house is on. We will definitely be back.

Excellent house with beautiful garden close to beach

We had a fantastic stay at the villa over Christmas. The property is very large with a beautifully maintained garden and pool that were definitely the highlight of the stay for us. The villa is very well equipped with everything you need to cook (even a Christmas dinner!) There are several small, local restaurants close by and Hua Hin town is only a short drive away. Although the property is slightly older the plus side is that the space is very large - it is also well maintained with very efficient air conditioners and fans that keep the space nice and cool. When we had a minor issue with the pool this was attended to very quickly by staff who are close by. All in all a perfect get away from Bangkok city for our family!

À éviter absolument

Belle villa vieillissante cernée par les condominiums. située à 6 km du CV facilement accessible en taxi local très peu cher. Très belle plage mais infestée de méduses. Pas un seul bain de mer en 1 semaine. Saleté environnante (égouts se jetant dans petite rivière qui va directement à la mer) beurk. Population souriante et massages thaï bon marché. Nourriture et restaurants locaux bon marché. Seule la plage de Hua Hin centre est fréquentable. Je déconseille fortement cette destination.

God beliggenhed og effektiv/hjælpsom manager

Blev mødt med venlighed og imødekommenhed. Det er en vældig fin beliggenhed nær strand og mange restauranter/cafeer. Mindre mangler blev straks forsøgt afhjulpet af manager. Adgang til poolen kan være lidt besværlig for ældre personer. Da el betales særskilt ved afrejse i kontanter kan jeg oplyse, at vi betalte 6800 baht for en uge med 6 voksne og 1 barn.

GOOD STAY GENERALLY BUT FLAWED

good location and very nice garden but the pool has no easy means of egress so I could not use it as you have to climb out through the Jacuzzi The kitchen oven was broken so we could not easily cook at home and ate out every night. I was very disappointed to get a message AFTER WE HAD FULLY PAID for the rental to inform us that we had to pay for electricity This was NOT on the information page as per other properties on HomeAway I am a businessman owning a number of companies so the possible amount would have been not a huge amount of money but the PRINCIPLE of sticking the owners overhead costs on the renter after full payment was distasteful. However, the electric charge was waived as a setoff for the broken oven after I suggested that we would keep restaurant bills and ask them to pay them. In short -a lovely property with flawed ownership.

8 people from all over the world congregated in the villa in Hua Hin for 11 days this March. The property was spacious, clean, well maintained & a stones throw from the beach. Great for family vacations, peaceful & tranquil... far enough out of the main town but close to all amenities. Nava Vana water park, Hua Hin safari and many golf courses...there is even a local monkey that visited us most days! The owner was prompt in replying & arranged transfers from Bangkok for us all. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a great break, near the sea at a very reasonable price!

Family reunion

We had a family reunion and had a wonderful week. No stairs to climb, beautiful landscaped garden and well located and clean pool. Manager across the street saw to our needs and requests. We even had a couple of sumptuous dinners from the stalls nearby delivered warm and ready to eat. I think this is the best house in the area, a large footprint among high-rise units. L. Quay

We were a family with of six - grandparents, parents and two small children. This house and area gave us the most relaxing and enjoyable holiday imaginable. All of us loved the space in the house, the perfect sized pool, the lovely garden and of course the nearby beach. The house has everything possible included down to books and dvds. The space was amazing. Overall staying at Delft Blue Seas in Hua Hin was nothing but a pleasure. We hope to return!

LargFamily Villa 5 Minutes from the sea at Hua Hin

Great place for large families or several couples. Bright, clean, spacious, comfortable & all necessary facilities. 5 min walk from beach (unfortunately lots of jellyfish when we were there) with its local restaurants. A brilliant restaurant across the road which delivered excellent food to us each evening. Very nice secluded pool & garden. Well managed by very helpful lady. Keeping the mosquito screens closed & applying spray when outside solves the mosi problem. Milk & beer from a local shop 10 minutes walk away but a taxi ride away from a supermarket & the local town. Accomodates 8 comfortably; We were 7 adults & 2 tiny children & it worked well. Highly recommended & I'd rate it Very Good.

Wonderful family stay!

Our family (with four young children) and my parents stayed in this lovely, spacious, clean home for 9 days in Feb, 2011. We thoroughly enjoyed the house, yard, and pool. Everything was extremely well-maintained and in working condition. Even with four adults and four children, we never felt crowded or in each others' way. The kitchen was stocked with the basic (+ more) pantry items you'd expect to see, and we made our own breakfasts, some lunches, and baked desserts with ease. The house manager worked right across the lane at the cafe and there was never a time that we had a question that she wasn't available. (By the way, the cafe serves all meals, and brought suppers over to us in the evening when we asked. We walked across the street and ordered and within 30 min. we had a delicious, filling meal.) The beach right at the end of the lane was very populated with 50-70 year old visitors. We chose to walk 10 min farther down the beach past them to where their were less people. Restaurants were within a few minute walk. We had a little trouble figuring out exactly where they were first evening (and probably could have asked the helper), but as we walked down the road just a few minutes toward the town, we saw a sign for the big Boat restaurant and enjoyed our meal there. A few minutes in toward the town was a bus stop with buses traveling the main road to Hua Hin every ten minutes. We took tuktuks back to the house when we were done in HuaHin. In the town right nearby we used the ATMs, bought fresh fruit, walked up to Monkey Mountain, and ate at some of the little eateries for lunch. The owners of this house responded kindly and quickly to all questions we had before and after agreeing to rent. We were very pleased with our refreshing vacation, and the lovely home was a big part of it.

We enlarged the terrrace to spend as much time outdoors as possible, and enjoy the garden. The guest wing was added to invite our friends to stay with us. And when we left Thailand to return to the Netherlands, we decided to keep our villa in HuaHin, as our favourite holiday home!
