Very neat and tidy, easy to find and comfortable.

The condo was just what we needed, Carol stocked everything you can think of just bring your cloths and have fun. Easy access to pool, beach and surrounding areas. Very nice. we hope to return.

Fun Time at Sunrise

This condo is a part of a lovely condominium complex. We had never stayed in a ground floor condo before, but decided to stay in this one because of my husband's lack of mobility and our grandchildren were going to be with us. We loved it! First let me say, the owners are wonderful to work with. We had a few problems and they promply resolved them. Even on the ground floor, we had a beautiful view of the ocean. The condo is within a few steps of the lovely pool, which our grandchildren really liked. It was like having a pool in your backyard. The condo is very bright, cheerful, nicely furnished, has a fully stocked kitchen (great rrefrigerator!!), new washing machine, comfortable beds, and 3 flat screened TVs. What more could you ask for?? The owners even had fresh fruit and cold drinks to welcome us as we arrived as well as supplying us with coffee and tea. We had a great time!

Exactly what we were looking for! Great view of the ocean even when sitting inside. The unit was clean, roomy, and comfortable. It is equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals and feel at home. Carol and Jeff were very easy to work with and made us feel welcomed by having drinks and snacks there for us. They personally checked us in and showed us around. Carol even took the time to write some suggestions for activities and places to eat during our visit. The condo is half mile (walk) from a fun beach bar, Chases on the Beach. 2 miles from Publix gocery store. Many restaurant choices nearby. Great location. We saw lots of wildlife!! Saw dolphins many times, ghost crabs, tons of birds. Tip! Stay up late and watch the moon rise! Go sit on the beach (no lights so you don't disturb the turtles!). It's a beautiful experience! We saw several shooting stars over the weekend. Again, this was everything we were looking for in a weekend getaway. We will return and we will refer others! Thank you Carol and Jeff!!

Great location on first floor. Walk out to the pool and no-cars beach.

Very clean. Well stocked with the supplies and amenities plus some extra care. Owner, Carol, is very welcoming, accommodating and responsive. Would highly recommend this location in general and this property specifically.

Great Vacation!

We had a great vacation at Sunrise Condos. The Unit was clean and well stocked. The building management is friendly and accommodating, Carol was great and communicated with us from booking right up to the quick refund of our security deposit. We look forward to coming back soon.

Wonderful vacation!

My family enjoyed a wonderful week. This unit is very conveniently located to parking, the pool, and the beach. it was clean, nicely furnished and had all the amenities we anticipated. We would definitely rent this unit for a future visit.

The best condo rental experience of all time!!!

I can't say enough positive about this rental experience. Carol insisted on meeting us at the condo (even though we did not check in until around 8pm). She met us there and showed us the condo and the resort amentities. The placed was well stocked and very very clean. I took my parents there for their Christmas. My Mom made the comment several times about how clean and peaceful it was. Centrally located to the attractions, shopping and some great restaurants. I hope to be able to rent again next year. Perfect!

absolutly wonderful

The condo was gorgeous and very roomy. The owners are so welcoming and easy to work with. There were plenty of beach chairs and amenities already at the condo. The beach access was perfect, and the ground floor allowed our kids to bring their surf boards and easily get them to the beach. We were very satisfied with this condo and would highly recommend to anyone. Price was very reasonable. Thank you for an awesome beach vacation.

Wonderful Location with A View

First let me begin by saying that the owner Carolyn was an absolutely lovely person to deal with while making our vacation plans. Then when we arrived she had cold soda, water bottles and fruit waiting for us in the fridge. The condo may not have been all updated like some but had an absolutely charming and comfortable feeling that let you know you were at the beach and you felt right at home. I especially loved how bright the place is. The unit is on the ground floor right by the pool and steps from the beach. Even though we were on the ground floor we still had a beautiful view of the beach and the ocean. The condo had everything you need including chairs and umbrella for the beach. There are more than enough good restaurants to choose from in the area including a supermarket the minutes away. My sister and I enjoyed are vacation tremendously and have definite plans to return in the future

Awesome Vacation Condo!

Condo as advertised. Whole property is very clean, peaceful and well maintained. Owners made us feel very comfortable, and we felt like this was a home away. from home. Very responsive to queries, and made lots of suggestions as to nice eat out places and things to see and do.I feel that we arrived as guests and left as friends. Dolphin View restaurant, and Hidden Treasure were 2 of our favorites.Great seafood! Condo was just what we were looking for. First floor...Right on the beach, with terrific views. Condo had everything we needed. Pool area just outside the sliding door. Beach on the other side of the pool, relatively quiet (no driving), and clean. This is an awesome place to spend some quality family time. We have another visit to Florida planned and if available would have no hesitation in renting again! Would definitely recommend this rental property to others. Enjoy!!!

Amazing Get Away

My family had a wonderful time at this beautiful condo! The condo was even better then the pictures Clean, well furnished and very comfortable. Beautiful view, easy access parking, close to the pool and just steps away from the beach! GREAT VACATION!!!

We absolutely LOVED this beautiful condo!! We had a wonderful stay here and so much enjoyed the GREAT VIEW and everything about this place. Carol was a delight to work with!! We will be back when we can. My mother is 74 and she enjoyed being able to sit in the living room and see the pool and the beautiful ocean. The condo was just as described and even more. We are so glad we choose this lovely condo and New Smyrna Beach (beautiful beach) for our vacation this year!!!!!! THANKS CAROL FOR EVERYTHING!!
