The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 internal bathrooms, 1 external bathroom, large living room with 3 environments (TV, dining and fireplace), kitchen integrated to the living room. It can comfortably accommodate groups of up to 10 people. It has an outdoor area with swimming pool, sauna, barbecue, orchard and mandala. It has own area to park approximately 8 cars. 24 hour security (housekeeper lives on property).

Descanso

Estivemos na Chácara do Vô Nico para um fim de semana em família e foi tudo muito bom, desde a comunicação com o Gustavo à recepção do Sr. Joaquim. A casa estava muito limpa, arejada, com roupas de cama e banho limpas, incluindo cobertores. A cozinha e ótima, tem utensílios e equipamentos funcionando, estava tudo muito bem cuidado, usamos todos os espaços e tudo estava funcionando corretamente. A Chácara é muito bem preservada, a área verde é repleta de árvores e pássaros, um alento para quem procura por um lugar para descansar! Não precisamos sair, mas há comércio próximo e a localização é bastante segura. Também foi muito tranquilo chegar, há uma estrada de terra, mas não tivemos problemas. Adoramos, esperamos poder voltar em breve, agradecemos ao Gustavo e família!

O lugar é lindo! A casa é grande e com uma super estrutura, além de limpa, cheirosa e arrumada. O Gustavo é super atencioso e educado. Os quartos são ótimos e as camas confortáveis. A área externa é perfeita. Não tenho palavras pra descrever o quanto a minha estadia foi boa.

A Chácara Vo Nico é incrível! Muito bem cuidada e cheia de detalhes que fazem a estadia lá muito agradavel. A recepção que tivemos do Seu Joaquim também vale mencionar, muito atencioso e hospitaleiro. O caseiro Ricardo e sua esposa Tania tambem foram muito prestativos. Enfim, muito bom, tivemos dias ótimos na chacara.

Natal em família

Passamos ótimos dias em família nesse sítio, ele tem pequenos detalhes que deixam a casa bem aconchegante. Todos os cômodos são confortáveis, a sauna é ótima (esquenta bem) e a piscina também, a área externa tem muito verde, muitas árvores, a família toda se sentiu acolhida e ficou encantada com o lugar, é uma casa com muito amor. Recomendo ❤️
