Perfecto para familias! Esta casa de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños se encuentra en la comunidad cerrada y bien mantenida de The Manors at Westridge, junto a la autopista US Highway 27 en Davenport.
Esta casa tradicional de Florida, soleada y luminosa, cuenta con una gran sala de estar y una piscina privada con muchos asientos al aire libre y tumbonas; Ideal para tomar el sol de Florida o relajarse después de un día en los parques.
La cocina está totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos modernos e incluye lavaplatos, microondas, estufa, refrigerador, tostadora, licuadora, hervidor, cafetera, utensilios de cocina, vajilla, etc. y una mesa de comedor con capacidad para 6 personas.
Esta encantadora villa cuenta con un plan de habitaciones divididas con el dormitorio principal ubicado en el lado opuesto de la casa de las otras dos habitaciones para mayor privacidad.

Excellent location, good home layout, area, and accomodations

Nice home located in a great area. Communication was very responsive, easy to coordinate and adjust. Our family really enjoyed our stay and would stay at this location again. Fair price in-line with the location and quality of the accommodations. Could use some extra cleaning and TLC. Floors, including the baseboards need thorough cleaning all around the home. Some basic items need to be provided such as toilet paper, paper towels, & garbage bags. Better instructions needed for use of the in-home electronics.

Good location

House is located near shopping and theme parks. Community is gated and very quiet. The house is comfortable and well equipped but could benefit from some quick fixes. TV in the kids room is only to play DVDs. There is a broken tile in the main room’s entrance (be careful). The carpet should be replaced, is really worn out. The A/C cannot be set lower than 73 degrees, if not it will stop working. The air hockey table is not fully functional, inside borders are missing therefore the discs do not bounce. Blinds need to be replaced.

When we arrived, I almost fell & broke my neck carrying in my 5 month old because the bushes on the sidewalk were so overgrown we had to crawl our way thru them! The living room blinds are missing several blinds etc.. we contacted the property manager & they were very quick with responses. 3 days into our stay the HOA lawn people came & took care of the bushes, it was a struggle until then! The beds were amazingly comfortable & we loved the pool! The twin bed room has a cable box that doesn’t work & the game system only works on the living room tv. The boys spent most of their time on the air hockey game in the garage. Disney isn’t that far & mostly everything is within 15 miles.

Two weeks in paradise.

The house was fabulous and we really enjoyed the amenities. The location in relation to the parks was wonderful. The ONLY downside was my son left 3 shirts in the closet in the guest room and didn't realize it until about a week later. We figured that by then they were gone. Thank you, it was great!

Recent stay 3/2021

The house could of been cleaner. There were ants everywhere when we got there. Food was left under the rug which causes this issue. The pool area was dirty and so was the pool. The pool attendant showed up half way through our stay which helped. Overall good property, property manager very responsive which was great!

Good neighborhood, nice house

We had a great time, mostly golfing vacation. Well equipped kitchen, but no grill, which I found unusual. Also, we had to provide our own paper towels and toilet paper for a 5 day stay, which I found unusual for VRBO. The pool was very nice. Beds were comfortable. The TV only got about 5 channels, the rest were PPV. We played games, but I was disappointed that the TV was so limited. The pool table in the garage was a plus.

Great getaway

Misleading listing and poor follow-through

I really wanted to give a 5 star review because the property is clean (a major factor right now) and the location was perfect for our purposes, but the ways it fell short were a big deal. Long story short, my family is from Indiana, so we've been landlocked, and quarantined for months. We came down with the intent of staying in quarantine but somewhere warmer and with stuff to do at the house. To ensure we ha a good experience I communicated ahead of the trip to ask about the property. I wanted to ensure we could definitely have a heated pool and that if I picked this house over others that the listed items were in good condition. I was told the pool could be heated and that the pool table and air hockey were in working order. All of those things were either fully a lie or partially one. If you're considering this house here is the important facts they do/don't share: Pros: -Clean -Location -Cost -Beds are awful but they've bought memory foam toppers which helps considerably. Cons" -not really fully equipped. Lacking several basic utinsils and other every day items most places we've stayed have had -Air Hockey table was broken and taped together. The parts that were broken made it completely not useable. -Pool table was in okay condition but the pool sticks were missing the tips and therefore unable to be used. -Pool heat if you pay the huge upsell to have it only runs from 9am - 4pm meaning that even with the cover on it almost 24 hours a days we were only able to take the cover off and use it 1 day when it got to 80 degrees and only for a coupe of hours in the afternoon when it would be warm enough. -starter items; most rentals provide some starters. Don't expect that here. There were almost no starters, and I'm not being picky we had to run to the grocery when we got here ASAP because there was almost no toilet paper to last to even the next morning! -If you have an issue and call the number they then have to reach out to someone else. It took over 24 hours to get back to my husband and another 24+ to call him back to tell him they couldn't do anything about the air hockey and pool table I'm not trying to be awful, but I specifically messaged and asked about the activities and the pool. It doesn't state anywhere the limited hours the heat would run. And just for full disclosure my husband is a licensed home inspector and we also own a rental property of our own. We understand how this whole process works, what is required. It was bad.

Overall it was a great trip

The house is very nice. Seems like the light switches are wired all wrong, but nothing that really bothered us. Had a few other issues with tv not working, toilet running, and an old alarm having a hanging wire. These issues were taken care of after contacting the property manager, and at a convenient time for us. Communication with the property manager was great. From pushing back the final payment due date due to COVID-19 to telling about iuues in the house, to minor things I was not sure about on checkout. Misti was very professional and easy to talk with. I recommend staying here and would come back. Would definitely go with the heated pool option next time though. Water was nice, but was very cool.
