The beautiful Art Nouveau villa 'Germania', built around 1900 and extensively restored in the mid 90s, is located on the eastern outskirts of the seaside resort of Ahlbeck on the island of Usedom. Standing in the first row you have direct access to the beach via the promenade. Our apartment No. 2 is located on the ground floor. Coming from the beach it goes down a few steps, since the dune borders directly on the house. So we don't have a lake view. The 3-room apartment has a bedroom with a large double bed, wardrobe and 32 'flat screen TV. The second bedroom is directly adjacent and equipped with a bunk bed, wardrobe, small desk and 22 'flat screen TV with DVD player. The living room is equipped with flat screen TV and 5.1 sound system. Here you will also find a comfortable sofa and an area with a dining table and chairs. The vinyl design covering installed in 2017 is pleasant. In addition, you can get from here to the paved terrace belonging to this apartment and newly created in 2017. The fitted kitchen is of high quality and fully equipped.


The parking lot is in front of the house and belongs to the apartment. Restoration is in the immediate vicinity for every taste. Poland with its famous 'Poland market' is 3km away and can be reached either by foot / bike via the newly designed promenade or by car via the Swinemünder Chaussee.
There are numerous sights on the island. Bicycle rental, mini golf, carriage rides, kite shop, skate track and many leisure activities are on site and also within easy walking distance.
