This homely Town House is conveniently located near the Old City. Recently renovated,there are 3 bedrooms (all with air con), 3 bathrooms, a comfortable living room and kitchen. Fully furnished. All amenities and services are within walking distance.

The space
The house can cater for all your needs while staying in Chiang Mai. Each bedroom has a large double bed while the living room has a comfy family sized sofa complete with satellite TV. A High Speed Wi-Fi internet will keep you connected. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, electric kettle, toaster, tableware (plates, cutlery, glasses etc.) and utensils for basic home cooking. For your convenience, there is also a washing machine.

IIf you plan to tour around Chiang Mai, the house is conveniently located for getting around. You can easily book rides using Grab or other taxi apps, which are reliable and affordable here. For a more local experience, you’ll also find nearby pick-up points for tuk-tuks and songthaews (red trucks) — the traditional and budget-friendly shared transport options.

Large clean town house!

Floors were very clean, as were bathrooms. Had a nice kitchen and they provide bottled water as well. Close to downtown markets and in a quiet neighborhood. Was easy to find, especially knowing they had an orange gate.

Great Time in Chiang Mai

The property was extremely clean. The location was fantastic. Walking to old town took 10 to 15 minutes. Walking to the night bizarre east of old town took 15 to 20 minutes. Nice easy walks. Great restaurants 5 to 10 minutes away. Love the place. Can’t wait to stay there again. Easy communication with owner for cleaning, etc.

A great place to experience a lot of what Chiang Mai has to offer

The place was very tidy and I don't think you're going to find better for the price. You're a short 10 min walk to Old Town and it was very easy to hail a Grab/taxi. The host is also very communicative, and easy to get a hold of. In fact, she helped address the only compliant we had with the place: the mattresses are VERY firm. The host did bring us some more comforters and mattress toppers to help.
