Reservation includes all 3 houses 7 bedrooms to one group so you will stay more uninterrupted,especially if your group also has family with kids ,teenager or elderly.
For my guest convenience we provide massage ,BBQ service, van rent with driver, Tour and Motorbike rental.We are only 10 mins from Airport(Not noisy) and 10-15 mins from Nimman Rd, Chedi Luang Temple ,Saturday/Sunday walking street ,Night Bazaar, well known restaurants.

GRAB TAXI and food delivery can be called easily from Villa.

Our Space
My villa has 3 buildings. All are 2 story house in the land size of 800 sq meters with garden and 3 cars parking space.
My 3 buildings are L Villa (1st house), S1 Villa (2nd house ) and S2 Villa ( 3rd house).
We can accommodate 4 more extra persons (after 12 persons) you can use existing sofa bed in the living room and bedroom with small extra person fee.

L VILLA (1st house)
FIRST FLOOR : Right wing is open plan with large kitchen and dining table fully equipped with necessary cooking and dining stuffs : stove,kitchen wares, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, water boiler ,Drip coffee machine, rice cooker, blender, microwave, large refrigerator, toaster ,table top oven ,seasoning and sauces, complementary tea and coffee, water .
Left wing is open plan with living room that has a pool table and TV corner with sofa set.We have international channels and Netflix service .There is board games and playing cards as well. In front of this house has a 8 X 4.35 x 1.35 meters salt water pool and sun loungers which overlooking garden .Near the pool has an open air seating area with large dining table ,Charcoal BBQ grill , Gas stove and BBQ utensils.
SECOND FLOOR is open plan with 2 bedrooms. Total 2 beds
First bedroom has 1 king sized bed and 1 sofa bed.
Second bedroom has 1 king sized bed and 1 sofa bed.
We have 2 bathrooms .There is 1 bathroom on the second floor and another one is on the first floor.We provide hair dryer, towel ,slipper,bathrobe, bathroom amenities and there is 1 safety box.
Behind this building has a washing machine , washing detergent, softener, Drying rails and hangers.

This building is open plan with 2 bedrooms .
First bedroom has 1 king sized bed
Second bedroom has 1 king sized bed. We have 2 bathrooms in this house
There is a living room with TV , sofa and a sofa bed .It also has small kitchen with dining utensils ,microwave ,coffee maker and complementary coffee, tea and drinking water .We provide hair dryer, towel ,slipper ,bathrobe, bathroom amenities.
Living room with sofa and sofa bed , TV with international channels , safety box .Small kitchen with water boiler ,drip coffee machine ,refrigerator ,microwave , complementary coffee ,tea and drinking water. The front balcony has a table set and ashtray.
this house's ground floor has an open air BBQ area with BBQ pit, gas burner , Electric Grill pan ,table top oven, washing sink ,charcoal and large dining table seating 17 people. It is located near swimming pool.

Second bedroom has 1 king sized bed. We have 2 bathrooms in this house
There is a living room with TV , sofa and a sofa bed .It also has small kitchen with dining utensils ,microwave ,coffee maker and complementary coffee, tea and drinking water .We provide hair dryer, towel ,slipper ,bathrobe, bathroom amenities. There is 1 safety box .Front balcony with table set for smoking
this house's ground floor has bicycles for guest and in front of this house has 3 car parking space.
My Villa is in the peaceful area with local neighbors , apartments , food shops, groceries and local businesses .Villa has high fence and CCTV in outdoors area only.


My guest can access all areas as my private villa is rented to one group only. You can check in 24 hours with host or my staffs (Morning shift and Evening shift ) .
For your convenience .You will have total 3 house keys to lock gate and your house.
If you wish to have early check in or late check out please let us know directly.However,complimentary early check in and late check out is subject to availability also we are more happy to store your luggages until your departure time or you might wish to use airport luggage storage service on the first floor which offer reasonable storage fee..
Interaction
Myself and our morning staff is present for breakfast cooking , daily room cleaning, garden upkeep or if you should need any help around the house or with bookings. If you need any help please let me know also I am always contactable 24/7 and will reach villa in 5 mins . My evening staff can communicate English and will work until early morning .
You can also call our maid using the wireless buzzer located at the BBQ area of House
no.2.
Tour service : Villa manager and evening staff can help you plan your trips , We have tour services and would happy to help your arrange your trip ,reserve table at restaurant,book massage (in room and at shop), buy birthday cake etc.

Dinner service: We arrange BBQ dinner and Thai dinner for guest on request we also help you buy drinks for your dinner.

PARTY: We are not accept loud party however we would love our guest to enjoy time while you are with us as most of our guest love to order BBQ dinner for their Birthday party so small party between your group such as birthday party with some music playing with your blue tooth speaker is fine.After 10 pm we will ask all guest to move indoor to reduce noices as much as possible according to Public Health law (Noices disturbance).
LATE CHECK OUT : Our check out time is 12 pm. If you wish to have early check in or late check out please let us know directly.However,complimentary early check in and late check out is subject to availability also we are more happy to store your luggages until your departure time or you might wish to use airport luggage storage service on the first floor which offer reasonable storage fee.

VILLA NEARBY FACILITIES: Daily evening food market is around 1.4 kms from villa .You can find freshly cooked foods, desserts, fresh fruits. It has a 7-11 and pharmacy next to this food market. Farmer's market is only 200 meters from villa . You can find fresh vegetables , fruits, ready foods.

Farmer's market is open from 15.00-19.00 on every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. Small groceries shop ,salon and small restaurant are within easy walking distance of the Villa.

SELF CATERING: We appreciate our guests keep the area clean .

ELECTRICITY: -The rate includes electricity. Please turn off lights and air-conditioning when you are away.
