The good news this place is centrally located. The unit is also on floor six and the apartment design allows for airflow through windows which is very important given no air conditioning. The apartment is also quite spacious. The negative is the location allows for very noisy and loud environment, if you are planning to work and have meetings this is not a good space for that. Also the WiFi is very challenged meaning super slow and disconnected considerably. The house is not extremely clean and owner was mostly responsive until the WiFi issue was discussed and not solved. There are positives and negatives of this place just be aware and choose wisely.

Great apartment in Lima

This place is in a great location, it is within walking distance to the malecón, Larcomar and Larco Avenue. My family and I enjoyed staying here. Rodolfo was a great host!

This place was clean and is in an excellent location. The only minor problem is that there is no heat and the clothes dryer did not work. The clothes dryer was not listed on the property description, but it was in front of the washer, so we thought we had lucked out. The owner should remove the non functional clothes dryer from the living area. Even with the dryer issue, I would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay and Great Host

Beautiful location in Miraflores, very nice and spacious apartment. Rodolfo was very communicative the days prior and during the stay, he is very attentive to any needs with check-in. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Location and Accomodations

Property is in a great area of Lima that had easy access to the beach, Lorcomar Mall and excellent restaurants in Miraflores. Owner was extremely helpful and gave us good recommendations for places to go, things to see and where to eat. Will book again next time we get to Lima.

It was a great stay with the location being central to everything (within walking distance). The property manager was beyond punctual and helpful throughout our entire stay. If I were to come to Lima again, I would definitely come here again.

We haven’t had water next day we arrive. For some circustance one of kitchen lavatory faucet was open and when the water service was open water flooded the hole aparment an also the elevator stop working for several days. We have to use thé stairs 6 floors for 3 days. And at end of a staying i had pay 300 extra dollars. It was a stressful instead of a relaxing vacation Time.

Best location in Miraflores

It was late when we arrived at night and Rodolfo was so kind to give us a ride to the closest restaurant because our kids were very hungry. He even texted us to make sure we were back home and happy with the restaurant he suggested. What a wonderful place, location and host. I’ll give them 10 stars!!!

Wonderful view and centrally located!

I enjoyed staying in this property. The place was affordable, clean, I enjoyed the balcony and was able to see the beautiful view sunsets and the host was hospitable and available to answer questions. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Lima. Thanks for everything!

3 days in Mira Flores

We had a great time at Rodolfo’s place in Mira Flores..Perfect location, close to the malacon and Larcomer. Everything you need is close by, shops, restaurants and you can walk everywhere .Rodolfo was incredibly nice to us, meeting us very early in the morning to let us in. Rodolfo is the best

We had a great stay at Rodolfo’s apartment. The location was just minutes from Larcomar. Rodolfo met us at the apartment when we arrived even though it was almost midnight and helped us arrange taxi for our return home. Overall, great stay and service.

Wonderful month in Lima!!!

We completely enjoyed our time in Lima - beautiful people, amazing food, incredible sites to visit. Rodolfo was an amazing host - so kind and responsive to all our needs. The apartment was spacious and so close to everything. Lima is an amazing walking city and we were in the heart of it all.

Rodolfo is a great host. He went out of his way to drive us to a sandwich shop at 10 pm when we were checking in. Apartment was great. As advertised in every way and very well stocked kitchen. Easy walk to Larcomar in the heart of Miraflores.

Excellent Stay in Miraflores, Perú

This 6th floor apartment was amazing. I highly recommend this place if you find yourself in the Miraflores area. You will not be disappointed. Rodolfo, the host, was always in communication with us, and he was an extremely gracious host. We will definitely stay here again, if available! Looking forward to our next visit to Lima!!!
