Cet établissement de luxe en bord de mer offre une vue imprenable sur la plage, le pont d'Avalon et le trafic de bateaux. Un coin de rue sur une route calme et sans circulation à quelques pas de la plage. Les installations comprennent: wifi, climatisation centrale, cuisine entièrement équipée avec machine à glaçons, lave-vaisselle et poubelle, trois télévisions par câble (dont un écran plat 46 "), douche extérieure privée, grand parking dans la rue, garage disponible pour le stockage (vélos, chariots, chaises de plage , etc.), laveuse / sécheuse dans l’unité et quatre chambres / deux salles de bain. 8 personnes.

Le quartier calme de Townsend Inlet de Sea Isle City se trouve à distance de marche d’un terrain de jeu en bord de mer sur la 85ème rue, de restaurants haut de gamme, d’un épicerie et d’un dépanneur dans la 86ème rue et d’un port de plaisance avec location de bateaux et de parachute ascensionnel sur la 88ème rue.

La section Townsend Inlet de Sea Isle se trouve à quelques minutes en voiture des divertissements, du golf, des parcs aquatiques, du zoo du comté de Cape May, des casinos et des spectacles à Atlantic City.

Super comfortable and clean. A little dated, but the Million view makes it all worth while. Having the beach as a backdrop out the front 24/7, with the sound of the surf, made our stay so relaxing and serene.

Very good experience

The Beach house was well represented in the VRBO pictures, clean, well located with a direct view of the beach. A very pleasurable stay. My thanks to our host Allison who very quickly responded to the questions that I had. I will book here again when we return to this location.

A Perfect! Getaway in Uncertain Times

First and foremost, Jakob Mortensen is a top notch property manager! Clear directions, prompt replies, and just a pleasure all around doing business with. The property was clean, well stocked with supplies, and those views... WOW, those views. If you like the idea of direct access to a remote section of NJ beach, the sound of the ocean all day long, or spotting dolphins as they play in the surf, this is definitely the place for you! Although we visited during the COVID pandemic, rest assured that the neighborhood is a friendly, family-oriented destination with plenty to offer outside the typical restaurant going and shopping. I grew up spending time at many NJ beaches and this was the most memorable to date. If a recommendation is what you've been searching for, you just got it, 100%.

Owner was Very Helpful

We arrived at the unit and it was not cleaned from the previous renters. We called the number of the point person and he answered the phone immediately. He apologized and got his sister to the unit in 30 minutes. She was very nice and apologized and cleaned the unit. We forget a set of king sized sheets and she found us a set of sheets to use for the week. The reason the unit was not cleaned was the cleaning company had missing the unit that day. We are returning to the unit next year because we know if something is wrong, it will be fixed.

Location is amazing! The property was clean and roomy for 2nd floor living. The lower apartment was rented as well and was quite loud at times. A bit dated but location to the beach made up for it all. Communication with owner was exceptional! Would definitely rent again.

Best views in Sea Isle City

This property has the best views in SIC. We could directly see the ocean and the inlet for our deck. The condo was large and the rooms were a good size. Our only complaint was the master room bed...too hard for my wife and I to get a good night's sleep. Other than that the place meet our expectations.

Quiet, Serene and Amazing Location

It was wonderful to get a couple of days to sit and watch the water on an inviting deck with no visual interruptions. The location is perfect for quietude. House was simple and had everything I wanted for my stay. Kitchen well equipped. I'd stay again!!

Had a Great Time

There were 4 adults and a 10-year-old who spent 4 days at the unit. We loved the couches across from one another in the living room. We've stayed at other places where there were not enough seats for the number of people the place held in both the living room and dining room. Bedrooms were small but served their purpose.

We had been vacationing at the Jersey Shore for generations and decided to purchase in Townsend Inlet for its easy access to activities, restaurants and retail, while being in a less crowded, more family-friendly end of town. Our home is the perfect spot for families; a quick walk to everything from take-out to fine dining, convenience stores to surf shops, parasailing to playgrounds.

We have continuously renovated and updated this home. You will find it meticulously maintained and well-equipped. The open layout with a sunny deck to enjoy the views is the perfect place to bring your family together.

The location is unmatched! The panoramic views of the waves, boat traffic and drawbridge against the Avalon skyline are spectacular. The beachfront, corner lot location on a semi-private road services just 3 homes. Take your pick: to the left, the guarded beach offers strolling ice cream and waves, to the right, more solitude and great fishing on the inlet.
