El espacio

Este condominio de dos dormitorios y dos baños en el segundo piso de 1,200 pies cuadrados está bellamente decorado con comodidades de lujo.

Disponible para alquiler diario con mínimo de seis noches.

Es perfecto para dos parejas, una familia o un grupo de amigos cercanos que desean relajarse en un "hogar lejos del hogar" después de disfrutar de un día soleado en Palm Springs. Tiene capacidad para cuatro personas y tiene dos balcones.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this nice condo. Very well appointed kitchen - everything we needed. We loved walking in the Prescott Preserve. Quite close to the condo was a little “Oasis” with a pond, lots of birds & dozens of turtles. We walked there almost every day.

Great visit to David’s home!

We had a great stay here. Condo is very dated and thus a bit funky however we loved the big space with two decks and would agree with previous comments about the kitchen being very well stocked The community was lovely with beautiful landscaping which included several pools including a salt one! The neighbours were friendly and welcoming and our host David was a pleasure to deal, very attentive, with giving us both an early check-in and late checkout! Location was great being close to downtown and the airport! Pleased to recommend!

Oasis in the desert

Above and beyond. The property is in a well maintained complex that feels safe and secure. The swimming pools were an excellent retreat from the many options of activity in and around Palm Springs. David was most accommodating and even acknowledged a birthday by ordering from a nearby bakery.

Amazing Host; Prime Location

From the sunrise walks in the Prescott Preserve to the sunset dinners on the rooftop downtown, our vacation at David’s place in Palm Springs had us right in the heart of the action. With gated access, private, shaded parking, and multiple balconies, we enjoyed every bit of our stay here. We spent daytime in the pool, evenings in the hot tub, and grilled on the patio. We slept super well on the soft mattresses. Even the neighbors we met were super friendly. David texted us right when we landed to welcome us and offer dining recommendations. We will definitely be back next year!

My son and I really enjoyed our stay. The location is close to everything. The property is large and clean. Lots of deck space to sit out and enjoy the weather. Many pools. The host is on top of things, friendly and helpful.

Peaceful and enjoyable stay

Very clean aesthetic condo. We felt very safe there and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the pool and 2 balcony’s . The only hiccup was an early flight arrival ( before check in at 3). David was kind enough to let us drop our bags off and return later. Thank you David

Palm Springs Modern Condo

The property is in a great location. The property is also beautiful and well maintained. The other owners in the complex were also extremely nice and quiet. One thing to consider is that the condo is on the second floor. Everything has to be brought up one flight of stairs.

Wonderful stay in a lovely condo.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. David was prompt in answering any of our questions. The decor is lovely with many original art pieces. We enjoyed looking at the many coffee table books especially during the unseasonal rainy periods. The kitchen is well equipped with several small appliances and cooking equipment. We have stayed in Palm Springs several times and highly enjoyed this condo.

Desert Paradise

From the day before I arrived the host began communicating with me. I was given all the information to enter the property and after I was in the host checked to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. If I needed anything the host was only a text away with quick responses. The home was so fully equipped that I could have cooked full meals and there was ample supply of towels. I have been to VRBO places that do not have even a wine opener or enought towels but, this place EXCEEDED all expectations on EVERY level!!! I would recommend anyone wanting to have a great location and great place in Palm Springs stay here. For my future visits I will be staying here again.

Just as advertised - convenient and good value

David's property was conveniently located close to the airport and downtown Palm Springs. Decorated in a mid-century modern style, it is also in mid-century original condition. Quiet at night even though it is steps away from an arterial road, access to a walking and biking trails on the adjacent re-wilding property that was once a golf course. Communication from David was excellent and the few glitches were dealt with promptly. Kitchen is extremely well equipped for this kind of rental -the knives were even pretty sharp! We had a great month there.

Great find, great value

My stay at this property would be hard to top. The unit was clean, spacious, quiet, and well appointed. The community was in a great location, it was easy getting to all the places I had on my agenda. And the grounds were pleasant, with two pools and ample parking. And the setup is incredibly safe and secure. And there is a shopping center just a couple of blocks away, which I always value, stocking up on food helps shave some expenses so I’m not ordering every single meal from a restaurant. So there are built-in savings having almost every breakfast and some lunches at “home.”

A wonderful stay

We were very pleased with the lovely condo. Although some of the features were a little tired (cupboard doors not quite closing and similar), it did not diminish our enjoyment. The kitchen was almost better equipped than our own kitchen and we really enjoyed using the "Marilyn Monroe" plates etc. The location was perfect. We could easily get to Palm Springs Downtown and to the numerous hiking trails in the area. We didn't have an opportunity to use any of the pools as it was a bit cool, but enjoyed the cooler weather on our bike trips and hikes.David was very responsive to all questions and even let us check in a bit early. That was much appreciated.We will definitely return and have been singing the praises of the condo to our friends. Now we just have to hope they don't book before we do.

Property not exactly as listed.

Property listed tv in master bedroom and it wasn’t working! Problem with main television and I was instructed by homeowner to call cable company and they had to come out to repair! Furniture in living room soiled arms on chairs and a little tired looking. Chairs at dining table old and extremely worn! A vacuum sweeper would have been really nice for those of us staying longer than a week! Pics look fabulous but overall new flooring and a little fix up would be great! Lots of traffic noise.

Wildly surpassed our expectations

Our two-week stay at David’s lovely Palm Springs condo wildly surpassed our expectations. The interior of the uniquely decorated unit had all that we could have hoped for – it is spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and fine soaps and toiletries. Everywhere we looked we found interesting reading material and artifacts reflective of Palm Springs and David’s travels. David served as a wonderful “host” by facilitating easy entry in the condo, providing tips and recommendations on restaurants and hiking, preparing an unexpected “welcome” package that took note of the special occasion we were celebrating – and promptly answering all of our queries. The condo is just steps from an inviting pool and spa that we frequented nearly every afternoon. The condo is ideally located, no more than 10 minutes from anything we wished to do in Palm Springs itself, and convenient to roads leading to the other communities in the Coachella Valley. The Mesquite Country Club itself offers a bike/walking path perfect for early morning or late afternoon exercise.

What a pool!

Our airline cancelled our return flights with no notice. Our hosts graciously extended our stay for 2 days. That helped turn the stress off! Check out wristbands/day passes for the Westin and the Hyatt.(Desert Palms) water parks.

Beautiful condo, relaxing stay

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our week's stay. The gated complex is quiet, centrally located and beautifully landscaped with a relaxing heated pool and hot tub. We rarely saw other people. The unit was beautifully furnished -- I felt like I'd walked into an episode of Mad Men! Really lovely mid-century inspired furnishings, mood lighting and nice artwork. The layout was spacious -- a master suite on each side separated by the kitchen afforded privacy without shared walls. We appreciated the spa-like toiletries in each shower, and the convenience of the washer-dryer on the balcony. The kitchen was better stocked and had nicer appliances than what we have at home. Our only complaint is that the back bedroom is next to a busy main street and the traffic noise penetrated easily--at times it sounded like my kid was sleeping on the freeway. Fortunately, it didn't bother her. Pack your ear plugs. (Thicker curtains might help -- the patio door was covered only by sheer panels.) Still, we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. David was an excellent communicator and very responsive to our texts and emails.

Feels like home
