私たちは、グループや大人数の家族でもゆったりと泊まれる１００㎡、４ＬＤＫの最大12名までご宿泊可能の一戸建ての家をご用意しております。
４つの部屋には合わせて２つのダブルベッド、３つのセミダブルベッド、３つのシングルベッド、２つのソファベッド（セミダブルサイズ）がございます。
大きなリビングダイニングルームには１台の大きなテーブル、１台のセンターテーブル、２つの大きなソファーがあります。ゆっくりとくつろげる大都会新宿のオアシスです！

＜周辺情報＞
新宿駅にとても近く（タクシーで西口から5分です！）、最寄駅である西新宿５丁目駅（都営大江戸線）からも徒歩３分とアクセス抜群の立地です。徒歩30秒で方南通りに出られますが、家の周りは非常に静かで快適にお過ごしいただけます。
- 新宿中央公園まで徒歩2分です!
- 都庁まで徒歩９分です ! 東京医大病院まで徒歩９分です！
- 徒歩1～２分の場所に各コンビニエンスストアや手軽なファーストフード店（松屋、すき家、マクドナルド等）がありとても便利です!
最寄りのバス停から新宿駅（約７分）や渋谷駅（約２０分）までバス１本で行くこともできます。築地や六本木までは大江戸線で１本で行けます。
広々とした４ＬＤＫ，１００㎡の一戸建てで、ごゆるりとおくつろぎください。

This place has an official permission from local government and satisfied fire protection system.

- 2. Please get off your shoes inside.
- 3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building,aisle and the room.
- 4. As you smoke in front of the building,please refrain to stay around the building or throw away the cigarette to harm the life of residents.
- 5. Please stay quiet especially 9 pm to 7 am as neighborhood sleeps.
- 6. It is not allowed for people to come inside unless they are counted as my guests.
- 7. Kindly turn off the lights,air-conditioners,and TV as you go outside.
- 8. Please do not answer or talk back to the intercom.
- 9. Please explain that you are my friends as people around the building or neighborhood ask who you are.
- 10. Please follow the house-manual as you throw away trash. If you have no idea what deal with it, you may just put it inside the room to check-out.
- 11.We are asking our guests to use a towel or linen as the number of guests. When it is dirtied, please wash it by yourself.
- 12. We would not clean my room as guests stay. As it is needed, please do it by yourself.
- 13.We would ask you to pay compensation as you lost the key.
- 14.Feel free to contact me via call or SMS as emergency.
- 15.Please remove your shoes as entering my rooms.
- 16.When you would like to extend your stay, contact me two days in advance before you leave. If you do it in the day of check-out, we will ask you for half amount of cleaning fee as a cancellation fee.
- 17.We may charge you 20 USD of additional payment and another 20 USD per hour as you would be delayed to check-out.Please keep it on your mind.
- 18.If you are delayed to harm to cleaning, we may ask you for additional payment for that.
- 19.Please understand that we may ask you for disposal fee as you have attach case, stroller and so on as trash.
- 20.As you smoke inside the room, we would charge guests to pay for JPY to alternate the wallpaper.
- 21.You can't use the parking lot in our house. (We are so sorry.)
