Great property in great location. Apartment close to supermarket and loads of bars and resaurants with a 10 minute walk to los cristianos town. There is everything you need in apartment for a great stay with sun on ghe terrace all day 2nd time staying at this apartment hopefull we can rent it again next year

Los Cristianos apartment

Close access to supermarket, restaurants and bars. Swimming pools on site.Down hil stroll to shops and beach. Cab back about 4 euros. Really enjoy our stay.

Great stay in Tenerife

Nice clean apartment, close to bars & restaurants,had everything needed, pool area quiet with plenty of access to beds, would recommend to anyone.

Relaxing Trip

Stayed in a few apartments on this complex in the past. This apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Lovely terrace with sun from morning til around 6pm. Choice of pools that were never busy. Large supermarket across road so not far to walk with supplies. Large tv with uk channels and Netflix if you want a night in or break from the sun. Highly recommend!

Good place to stay, everything on hand within walking distance. If you are up for good times, restaurants and numerous bars all good with lively entertainment.

Tenerife 🏖️holiday

We loved this apartment, Jamie was a great host who answered any questions really prompt. It was in a great location near shopping centre, bars, restaurants and close to the beach 🏖️ with a great garden terrace, we would definitely recommend this apartment and will be back. The apartment is excellent has everything you need very clean and for me the location was excellent directly across from supermarkets bars and restaurants it can be a bit noisy from the bars in the evening but they go quiet at midnight...overall a great place to stay

Great apartment

This is a great little apartment but the standard of cleaning could be improved on particularly in the bathroom. On a practical note the cupboard above the bathroom washbasin makes it impossible to wash/shave etc. The apartment is in a great location close to a good supermarket and lots of restaurants. Overall we had a lovely stay and will look to return in the near future.

Great Apartment

This apartment ticked all the boxes for us only 1 step off the pavement level easy walking to bars, restaurants and supermarket. Large terrace with sun from around 8.30am till 5.30pm. Communiucation with owner first class we will be back

Very Good Value and extremely helpfully owner

The Apartment was clean and tidy. We stayed six weeks and found everything we needed in the apartment. In a good location for restaurants and shops etc. The owner is a very pleasant and helpful man and was always able to answer any queries etc. The complex is secure and the apartment is disabled friendly being on the ground floor. The patio in particular is large and a splendid place to enjoy your meals at any time. Many Thanks to Jamie I Would Highly recommend this apartment.

Pleasant stay

Great communication from Jamie the owner. Good value for money. Well equipped with new oven, hob, sink and worktops. some of the other furnishing are stating to show their age. But all perfectly adequate for holiday use. The pools in the complex are very good, great temperature, purely from the ambient temperature and strong sun in Tenerife. For those with walking difficulties it was possible to access the property with only one small step at the gate. I was able to use a Mobility scooter by using the back entrance to the apartment for parking and charging. One of the pools is also accessible without steps. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

Great apartment on a fab complex

Although this was our 5th time on the complex, it was our first time in this apartment which we chose due to mobility issues. The complex is second to none, immaculately clean, quiet and in a great position with everything on your doorstep. The apartment had everything that you needed to make your holiday as stress free as you could possibly wish for with the added bonus of no steps at all! The apartment is lovely & spacious even for a family of 2 adults & 2 teenagers especially considering it is a 1 bedroom property; we have stayed in 2 bed apartments that are much smaller than this one (not on the El Mirador complex I hasten to add) The price is great value & we are returning to the complex again this year as we are this apartment. All in all could not fault the apartment hence the reason we are returning (again

not quite as expected

property is tired, some furniture damaged and broken and should have been replaced. Shower not looking great, tray looked dirty. Had to buy cleaner and clean it before I was sure it was clean. I was under the impression there were no stairs to climb but found quite steep ones to the pool so never visited it during my stay. Apartment "garden area" and patio has no privacy from passers by so sunbathing there not pleasant I was told that there would be maid service once a week. There was none at all. I had to strip and change my own bedding. I understood the apartment was to be vacated by 11.00am. There was a note there sayingI had to be out by10 the positives are it is quite spacious for two people and although not spotless as previous reviews stated it was acceptable. The area is quite hilly but there were some very good restaurants easy reached. Could be a nice apartment if there was a little more privacy and was more accessible from the pool
