Magnifique complexe entièrement géré de seulement 40 appartements, adjacent au club de golf de renommée mondiale Laguna 5 étoiles et à l’hôtel Banyan Tree Spa. (Conde Nast Gold List, l’un des meilleurs endroits au monde) Emplacement surélevé surplombant le lac, abondance d’oiseaux. Entouré de plantations de latex, vue sur les plages de Layan et de Bang Tao à l’ouest, face au littoral d’Andaman (perle de l’Asie) et magnifiques couchers de soleil. La plage a été nommée 4e meilleur au monde par Lonely Planet Guide. L'emplacement peut être trouvé sur Google Earth, tapez dans la case "voler à" 8 01'33. 50 "N 98 17'52. 42" E (Image avant le bâtiment, mais la zone est bien représentée). L'appartement est meublé dans un style asiatique à un niveau très élevé, nous avons la climatisation complète, 2 chaînes internationales de la télévision inc BBC et CNN News. Nous avons plusieurs barbecues et terrasses, parfaits pour les réceptions de mariage. Juste à côté, le célèbre 360 Bar des pavillons de Phuket, le lieu idéal pour admirer le coucher du soleil et un bon dîner si vous le souhaitez.

Lovely Property in a Wonderful Development

We enjoyed our stay in Gordon's apartment. Very spacious, comfortable and great for a family. Wonderful pools. Wonderful view. Close to the beach and all the amenities of the area. Would highly recommend.

This place is amazing!!! The best in the region by far.

Layan gardens is an idyllic garden complex of pools and views, close to the world renown Bang Tao Beach, where Turtles lat eggs and is regarded as one of the finest beaches in the world. The location is quiet and yet is near to nightlife and all the activities available at Phuket. It is about 20 minutes from the airport, and ten minutes from the beach. If you want to explore the whole Island, or go up onto the Mainland via the bridge you can hire a car which can be arranged by the front office. The apartment is very modern and has high quality furnishings, and has great views onto the pools and the outstanding garden.

The location and apartment is great. Apartment: Spacious, modern and clean with view to the forest, lake and partially to the sea. Apartment is located in such a way that you can enjoy sunsets everyday facing right at you from the 50 sq.m balcony. It's equipped with everything you can imagine for comfortable living including dishwasher, washing machine, oven, iron etc. etc.. Just 5 minutes of driving to one of the best beaches in Phuket - Bang Tao. Only 15 minutes from big Tesco. Also it's very quiet - not many people are living in the Layan Gardens complex. Perfect for family stay. The owner is also very helpful and willing to help with any issues that arise. I highly recommend this apartment!

I am English, living with my family in Cambridge UK. For a time I lived in my villa in Portugal full time, and really enjoyed my time there. When my work brought me back to the UK, my kids did not want me to sell the villa, they wanted to be able to return for holidays, and so it is then that I now rent it part of the time. I must stress this was not set up as an investment, but my home, you will therefore find fittings and equipment of much better quality than is normal.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

I had to work in Asia several times each year, so I bought my place in Phuket (The Pearl of the Andaman Sea) Thailand. This location is to my mind the best in Asia, (and I know the region quite well).
Here we have great weather, fabulous mountainous scenery, and some of the finest beaches in the world.
Eating out is amazing, nearby beach restaurants are excellent, check out "Pla" on Surring beach, get a table right up to the sea edge, which the illuminate at night, and sit is fully upholstered armchairs, with the crashing of waves to listen to, and often as not lanterns flying up into the sky, or fireworks
Again I set it up as a home, not for rental, but now I prefer to let it out from time to time, as it is better that a property is regularly used. I have weekly maid service.
