Relaxing holiday in lovely surroundings

Really enjoyed our stay at Le Noyer. The property was clean and tidy in addition to having all the comforts you would expect to have at home. Great facilities including; private indoor swimming pool (which can be opened when weather is nice!), hot tub, sauna and even a gym too!. Set in lovely surroundings. Will be back soon!

We spent a lovely 10 days at Viji & Eddie’s place in early July and felt at home right away. When we arrived, there was wine, a little cake and some other treats waiting for us – such a thoughtful welcome. Viji and Eddie are genuinely kind people: helpful when needed, but never intrusive. Eddie even gave us a golf initiation, which turned out to be a really fun experience!The house itself is full of charm and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. But what really made it special for us was the spa area. We had been looking specifically for a place with a covered pool, and this one hit the mark. On warm days, the roof opens up completely, but when it’s cooler or rainy, it’s still great to swim outside while being sheltered.All in all, we had a wonderful and relaxing time. Thank you, Viji and Eddie, for sharing your place with us!

Gite was home from home

On arrival we were shown around the gite and pool etc. by Eddie and Viji. Extremely friendly hosts who lived on site. The property was nice and clean with all domestic appliances. Our beds were very comfy and slept well. Pool was excellent and we tried the hot tub. TV was great as it had British programmes via Free-Sat. The village was a short trip by car, where we could get bread and there was a small supermarket nearby. BBQ was available but we did not use it, lovely gardens that we could explore and a track to the lake.

Langonnet Cottage

Three generations of our family had a wonderful holiday at your property. Thank you for the fantastic welcoming basket of home grown produce, and everything else. Our 2 grandsons loved the pool covered or uncovered, and must have spent 50% of their time in there, giving us time to relax and read while keeping an eye on them. We enjoyed the time in the garden playing football and volleyball, and made use of the cycles to go to the nearby lake for the playground area. The days sped past with a visit to a beach, exploring and lunch in Quimperle, a fantastic week, thanks Viji and Eddie.

Fantastic gite in quiet area with private pool

We have just returned from a wonderful week in Langonnet. Eddie and Viji are super hosts and very welcoming and friendly. We were greeted with goodies in the fridge and a bottle of wine. The gite has everything you need and Eddie and Viji are next door if you need them. The pool is fantastic and our teenage boys loved it. Also the Jacuzzi was lovely at the end of a day of site seeing. Eddie is currently adding a sauna too. We had a lovely BBQ at the end of our week and Eddie and our boys enjoyed a jamming session on their guitars! We highly recommend the gite and are very thankful to Eddie and Viji for making our holiday so relaxed and enjoyable.

Fabulous outside space with lovely pool!

We arrived to a clean bite with lovely welcome package. We were greeted by VIji and Eddie and shown the outside space,the pool and how the hot tub works. We were impressed with the warmth of the pool, the amount of different inflatables for the kids, the range of games,bats etc for them to play outside which may not seem much but when you have children it's great that they have all this to entertain them. The pool and hot tub were the biggest hit especially as we were blessed with amazing weather. Our Gita was great it had everything we needed, was comfortable and was in a good location for visiting various places of interest as well as the beach. A bonus for us was the bikes we could borrow, these made the morning bakery trip a lot of fun! We loved our holiday and will be back next year! Thank you x

Fantastic facilities & peaceful location

This is our 2nd visit to this villa, after coming here last summer, and we loved our stay just as much this year. Viji & Eddie are such a lovely couple, so welcoming. The facilities are fantastic especially for us with 3 children: 9,8 and almost 7 years, there is so much for them to do at the villa - lovely garden with badminton net, football goals, amazing pool improved even more so this year with roof/cover so if the weather is cooler you can still swim every day right through to the evening. Hot tub - we love and the sauna was also a nice surprise. The kids enjoyed table football and table tennis too. The villa has everything in it that you need to make your stay comfortable and the location is lovely, so quiet and surrounded by fields. We will definitely be back in the future. Thank you for another great summer holiday.

Superb pool and outdoor facilities, excellent host, lovely holiday

The pool area is fantastic and can be used in all weathers, due to the retractable roof. The pool is extremely clean and the temperature is most pleasant. The hot tub is very relaxing and is also a wonderful facility. This is perfect for families to relax and have fun. We used the bicycles to cycle around the lake and enjoyed playing volley ball in the large garden, beside the pool. The barbecue and outdoor seating area are ideal for al fresco dining. Viji was a very attentive host and was extremely obliging. She made us feel so welcome and we enjoyed her company. The gite is as pictured and is relaxing and comfortable; it is in a private and secluded setting. Lagonnet is extremely quiet and therefore a car is required if you wish to dine out. Le Faouet is a ten minute drive away and has a choice of restaurants. We really enjoyed our holiday and spent quality time as a family.

Langonnet Stay

From the start, the booking was fault-free, allowing us to ask the owners anything about our stay. Everything we had previously read proved to be correct - and more! The owners were absolutely chilled and delightful throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. We made daily use of the wonderfully maintained pool and hot tub - this was an absolute bonus, especially on the last day when the heavens opened and we spent a wonderful time in the pool and hot tub, to the sound of the thunderous rain on the roof! The wood burner was such a feature of our evenings together, having made great use of a fully-equipped kitchen to produce our evening meals. The two bathrooms and an extra toilet and washroom made our stay for two couples perfect. We sat outside in the lovely garden, making the most of the sunshine, and the walk through a forest path to the lake was beautiful. We ate out at lunchtimes in nearby towns and visited beautiful churches. Absolutely the holiday described online - and more.

Super freundliche Gastgeber! Wie wurden wundervoll empfangen. Eine Unterkunft, die allen Luxus bietet, mit Pool und Whirlpool, beides auch bei schlechtem Wetter nutzbar. Man muss wissen, dass man zu allen anderen Orten oder Stränden längere Fahrtstrecken auf sich nehmen muss.

Lieu dit aux calme et charmant. À environ 1hde la côte du Morbihan , accueil des hôtes sympathique et , serviable et discret puis d'une grande gentillesse ( cadeau pour notre petite fille) . Gros plus , pavillon privatif sur étage avec 3 chambres et tout les commodités , grande piscine chauffée privée, jacuzzi, sona privatif à volonté. Tras grand terrain pour se détendre . Parfait!

Superbe endroit, calme, propre idéal pour des vacances en famille. La maison est grande et bien organisée, rien ne manque. Sur place, impossible de s'ennuyer entre la piscine, le jacuzzi, les jeux d'intérieur, livres, dvd et un grand choix de jeux d extérieur dans un magnifique et très spacieux jardin. Les propriétaires sont adorables et discrets, d une gentillesse incroyable ! Une semaine parfaite qui est passée trop vite! Thank you for this perfect week, home and garden are beautiful and nothing is missing! Ideal for family holidays! It s impossible to be bored with swimming pool, jacuzzi, a lot of interior and exterior games... Eddie and Viji are adorables, discreets and very very nice! See you soon!

Les propriétaires sont gentils et très disponibles. Néanmoins, ils habitent la maison accolée à la location ce qui limite l'utilisation de la piscine et du jacuzzi dans certains créneaux horaires et implique des allées et venues devant leurs fenêtres. Cependant le cadre est agréable. La piscine et le jacuzzi sont très sympas et appréciables, pour passer de bonnes vacances.

Loved it, loved it, loved it!

Don't hesitate in booking this property, the owners strike the perfect balance between attentive and unobtrusive. The covered pool meant that we were able to enjoy ourselves regardless of the weather and the games equipment meant that we were entertained the whole time. We loved relaxing in the hot tub in the. The close proximity to the lake was ideal for walking, fishing and cycling. It was a peaceful retreat in an ideal setting and we had a wonderful two weeks.

Une chaleureuse maison

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Viji et Eddy, deux personnes extrêmement bienveillantes. Et quand la pluie était au rendez-vous, ce fut un véritable plaisir de profiter de la piscine couverte et chauffée, de la salle de sport et, surtout, du jacuzzi. Nous allons revenir. C’est certain !

Les propriétaires sont gentils et très disponibles. Néanmoins, il habitent sur la propriété accollés à la location ce qui limite l'utilisation de la piscine, du sauna et du jacuzzi dans certains créneaux horaires. Cependant le cadre est agréable, tous les équipements sont confortables. La piscine et autres équipements sont très sympa et appréciables. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances !

Un lieu superbe et des hôtes adorables!

Ma cliente a passée une superbe semaine avec sa famille dans ce gîte. Les hôtes sont adorables et tout était parfaitement propre. Ma cliente était ravi de pouvoir profiter de la piscine même lors de mauvais temps grâce à l’option « piscine couverte ». Elle a été agréablement surprise de trouver également un sauna et jacuzzi! Merci et bravo aux hôtes pour leur accueil et de rendre ce lieu exceptionnel.

La piscine est vraiment TOP, et encore mieux que sur les photos. on peut la couvrir ou la decouvrir en un glissement de main, il y a une tonnelle dedans avec canapé et table pour s'y detendre et prendre un verre si l'on veut. Le jaccuzi pour se détendre est génial aéré et à l'abri des regards en même temps. Le calme et le paysage donne envie d'être dehors tout le temps. nous avons pu nous detendre completement dans ce superbe endroit. nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir pour nous y detendre a nouveau. Belle propriété et hôtes attentifs

Malgré un temps abominable (froid et pluie), nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous étions les 1ers clients de Viji et Eddie depuis le début du COVID et ils ont été très attentifs à notre bien être. La location, typiquement bretonne, est spacieuse et plutôt agréable, située à quelques minutes à pied d'un joli plan d'eau. La ville proche (2mn en voiture) permet de trouver l'essentiel ; les plus grandes villes sont à 10 ou 15 minutes environ. Le jardin est très joli et arboré, des équipements pour que les enfants ne s'ennuient pas (balançoire, vélos, terrain de foot ou badminton, babyfoot,...) Les équipements sont juste au top pour profiter malgré un climat maussiade : petite salle de sport avec vélo, rameur et autres équipements, sauna, petit chalet avec un jaccuzzi, piscine chauffée et couverte d'une grande taille pour une famille. Les locataires ont leur intimité et les propriétaires sont dans la maison accolée en cas de problème. Je recommande donc et remercie Viji et Eddie pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité!

Ruhige Entspannungsoase mitten in der Natur

Wir haben ein paar sehr schöne Urlaubtage verbracht. Wenn wir nicht gerade etwas unternommen haben, sind wir im dem wunderschönen Beheizten Pool gewesen oder haben uns entspannt im Jacuzzi Wirrpool. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lieben Dank und freundliche Grüße. Lg Daniel und Familie

Having both been busy professionals in a previous life , We (Eddie and Viji) make every effort to ensure their guests have a great holiday.
In 2012, we decided on a change of direction and began offering our Gite "Le Noyer" for holiday rental.
The years have now passed and judging by repeat business and customer testimonials we feel that we are achieving our aim of providing quality, enjoyable holidays that give our guests a memorable Breton experience.
We simply adore the rolling Morbihan countryside, its beautiful meandering rivers set in verdant valleys and its glorious coastline with the right blend of long sandy beaches, rocky outcrops, beautiful estuaries and quaint harbours.
The gastronomic delights of Brittany are on your doorstep: crepes, galetts, beurre moule, cidre, beer & wines and an abundance of fresh fish and shellfish. Boulangeries with their array of breads and mouth watering patisseries. As well as the sense of space, peace and tranquillity all make for a more relaxed way of life.
