About this property

Villa with Private Pool in Minervois

The large veranda of the house is facing the south with a magnificent view bordered by wine yards to the front, and the Minervois Mountains to the rear. A large private pool (10 x 5m.), with a large range of garden chairs and some beach chairs also incorporating a nice barbecue. The 1500m² grounds is peacefully situated in a quiet location 3km from the closest village, with a few neighbours around. One of them is the local wine farmer who also sells wine directly from the barrel. Perfect for the family with children between 1-16 years old. You can take mountain walks or tours with the bicycles. If you go to the village you can rent the tennis court by the hour. On the other hand, why not take a drink at the local bar? At the village's castle, Chateau de Siran, (nowadays used as a hotel), you can eat very good typical French food, please check if you can get a table, because sometimes the whole restaurant is booked by some travel agent.

Parfait !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Roland. La maison est spacieuse, il y a tout le nécessaire, la maison est propre, la climatisation est suffisante dans le salon ainsi que dans l'une des chambres. La piscine est propre et grande. Nous avons bien profité en famille, le climat est agréable, il fait chaud dans la journée, nous avons la piscine pour nous rafraîchir et le soir la température est douce et fraîche. Le paysage de la campagne est à vous couper le souffle, il faut être véhiculé pour visiter, Carcassonne ou Narbonne... Repos, dépaysement, farniente, le village est à quelques kilomètres. Merci au Propriétaire Roland avec qui nous avons eu une excellente communication. J'espère revenir l'été prochain.

The fantastic French country life has always interested me and during the years I have had the possibility to learn the French life style. I do also speak very good French as going to a French course every week when in Sweden and training with my neighbours.

What makes this property unique

The large veranda of the house is facing the south with a magnificent view bordered by wine yards to the front, and the Minervois Mountains to the rear. The relaxing sound of calmness, no traffic jam, no trains no airplanes. The private pool keeps the children very happy.
