• Fly screens have been fitted to all windows, so you can leave doors open all day and night to enjoy the cooler sea breezes. There is a 4th guest toilet by the front door, but please be advised that we are currently obliged to close this off, whilst CV-19 hygiene restrictions are in place, so guests only use their own en-suite bathrooms to avoid cross contamination. As soon as we are permitted to do so, we will open up this 4th bathroom for guests use. Thank you for your understanding.

• Swimming Pool: during periods of drought, pool levels & water pressure may drop & garden watering systems turned off, to preserve indoor water supply, however you will still be able to use the pool & all facilities. Maid service provided twice a week; bed linen change once a week; 1 hand, 1 bath & 1 pool towel provided per person, changed twice a week. For an extra charge, daily maid service, private chefs, grocery delivery & concierge service can be provided, details on request. More than 6 guests on request only, extra towel/linen charge £75 applicable for 7th guest (baby/child only).
