La villa est dans un joli village chypriote, assez rurale pour être une belle repos, mais assez près de la ville de Larnaca, la côte et l'aéroport de donner accès à tout ce qui est nécessaire. Nous sommes tombés en amour avec la région il ya plusieurs années et ceci est notre deuxième maison qui sera un jour, espérons notre résidence principale. Tout le village est à quelques minutes de marche. La villa de 4 chambres peut accueillir facilement 8 personnes. Il a un abri piscine privée, et comme arrière de la maison est orientée plein sud, la piscine et le solarium étendu (nous mettons en platelage) obtenir le soleil de tôt le matin à ses derniers rayons très comme il descend. Il est entièrement équipé à un niveau très élevé avec TV, DVD et accès internet WIFI. Toute la villa a commandé à distance de la climatisation ainsi que des ventilateurs de plafond dans chaque chambre. Il ya aussi un port de voiture qui peut être utilisé pour l'abri de jour du soleil, mais aussi est souvent utilisé pour les repas du soir, où bougies de citronnelle peuvent être utilisés pour éloigner les insectes. 2 minutes à pied de l'aire de jeux pour enfants. A 10 minutes en voiture vous amène à la plage la plus proche. Que vous voulez lézarder au bord de la piscine ou découvrir les délices de Chypre il ya beaucoup à voir et à faire pour tout le monde; la visite de sites historiques, de la flore étonnantes et fuana, marchant dans les montagnes du Troodos, cyclisme, équitation, sports nautiques et bien plus encore.

Surtout la nourriture est incroyable, et tout est une grande valeur.

Lovely, spacious villa in a quiet residential area. Pool area great for relaxing during the day. We liked being able to sit out in the evenings with a Keo beer and watch the stars! Alethriko is great for bird watching, and there are lots of walks across the hills with fantastic views. Phill was really helpful and available if we had any issues. We also had a local contact if necessary, but we didn’t, as we had everything we needed. Ceiling fans in the rooms a big bonus as we then didn’t need to use the air conditioning!

Beautiful Alethriko

Great Villa, with everything you need. Very clean, great pool, comfy beds and easy to contact the owner and their local (English speaking) agent. Alethriko is a lovely peaceful traditional Cypriot village with two great taverners and supermarkets in the next village. Overall a great stay.

Pleasant house and surroundings

The property was clean, well-stocked with cleaning materials and tea and coffee, etc. It was just as described, swimming pool, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus a downstairs toilet which was very handy. Due to its location, the tavernas and cafes nearby were all reasonably priced compared with tourist rates downtown.

Silk tree villa holiday

Just returned from two wonderful weeks . Perfect , immaculate villa with everything you need. Swimming pool regularly serviced. Great area to sample the "Real Cyprus". Great local shops and taverna . Great beaches not to far. Phill was really helpful and his recommendations on places to visit and eat were top notch. Definitely returning soon.

Highly recommend.

Just spent the perfect week at this very clean, spacious and well maintained villa that had everything that was needed for our self catering holiday. We were given very clear directions on how to get there along with photos of all the junctions which were very helpful. Alethriko is a very quiet village which was perfect for us and we hired a car so that we could explore the island. There is a supermarket, bakery and petrol station near by and it wasn't far to the bustling town of Larnaca. Communication from the owner was excellent and I highly recommend spending your holiday here.

Spring in Cyprus

We found the house well presented and immaculately clean. Being at the end of a cul-de-sac it was quiet and there was no traffic. The host communicated with us regularly and was happy to answer any questions we had. He also asked for and accepted any suggestions we had to offer to improve our stay.e was no traffic. The pool received diligent maintenance twice a week and the manager of the villa responded quickly to any difficulties we had. The kitchen was exceptionally equipped with appliances, tools and pantry basics. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would thoroughly recommend it.

Lovely, well equipped villa

I was travelling with my three-year old son, husband and parents. We had to travel to Cyprus at short notice to see family and Phill and John were very accommodating in getting the villa ready for us. The villa was lovely and clean and well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. It is the end villa and felt quite private and quiet which we liked. The swimming pool and outdoor area was great and my three-year old loved going in for a daily swim. There was also a little playground opposite the villa with a swing and slide which got plenty of use. We had a car and the villa was in a convenient location for us with a less than 15 minute drive to the airport, 15 minutes to Mazatos and 15-20 minutes to Larnaca. Communication was good, and Phill and John were very helpful in answering any questions we had. We had an evening flight on the day of departure and Phill kindly allowed a later check-out time which was very much appreciated. Thanks for providing a great place to stay! We hope to be back in the future.

Beautiful, quiet villa with everything you need

We had a wonderful time staying at the Silk Tree villa. Phill made sure we had all the information we needed in and around the house. The villa was spotless and included all the supplies to allow us to enjoy our stay, whether we wanted to laze by the pool or go exploring Larnaca and the rest of Cyprus (it even included a portable cooler for beach trips). There were a LOT of resources in the house for guests, including brochures, guidebooks and even a Greek phrasebook!! The home's information booklet included many recommendations for restaurants and other services in the area. Phill was also available by text for any questions. My family and I really loved the pool and having our evening meals on the outdoor dining table. The jasmine bush next to the pool would enchant us with its fragrance in the evenings while we swam or just hung out having drinks. All in all, every member of my family (3 generations) had a fabulous time! I highly recommend staying at Phill's Silk Tree villa and look forward to staying there again in the future. Très agréable villa.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et de très bonnes vacances dans cette villa. John, la personne qui s'occupe de la villa est très sympathique et présent si besoin... Le contact avec le propriétaire s'est très bien déroulé et il était très attentif afin que l'on passe un bon séjour. Rien à dire sur la météo, très chaud et très beau et l'eau de la piscine était très agréable. Nous avons découvert de belles plages et de nombreux endroits à visiter. Chypre est une super destination pour passer des vacances d'eté...

Het incheckproces ging prime. Keukenfaciliteiten waren uitstekend. Keukenaccessoires ruim voldoende. Jammer dat er onvoldoende is gecontroleerd op vuile vaten. In 2 glazen schalen en een kookpan troffen we nog etensresten aan. De mindere controle geldt ook voor de 2 kapotte ligbedden bij het zwembad.Doordat in de periode dat wij daar waren de temperaturen hoog opliepen met nachttemperaturen van 30 a 31 graden geeft een fan onvoldoende verkoeling.Dus waren we genoodzaakt om 's-nachts tijdelijk de airco aan te zetten. Maar dat ging dan ten koste van onze nachtrust, daar de airco nogal lawaai maakt.Desondanks vonden we de villa prima om te verblijven.

Thank you for the review. I had no idea that you had found two sunbeds broken, they would have been replaced immediately if you had told me. The unclean dishes in the cupboard is very unfortunate, and it appears were hidden in a pile of clean dishes, I apologise for this. The air con units are not particularly loud, but they do indeed make a noise as I suggest would be expected. I agree the fans in each room are quieter and can be preferred. Peace and quiet

If your after a place for total peace and quiet then this is the place. You you want to be close to shops and bars then you would be better off choosing something else as it is a drive to both.

Bil ett måste!

Huset var helt OK, ett hus med 8 personer, men det var endast 4 Solsängar att sola i? Vi åkte till Larnacas fina Stränder de flesta dagarna och det tar med bil ca 15 min. Att tänka på att detta hus ligger på landet, långt från affärer och strand. Och att man måste ha en bil eller två beroende hur många man är i huset.

Yes we agree that a car should be hired for a trip to our villa, and also to be able to enjoy the beautiful area of Cyprus. We emphasise this to all guests on booking. Whilst we have had no other adverse comments regarding the number of sunbeds and other outdoor chairs from the dozen or so sets of guests that we have had this year, (many of whom were returning following a previous visit) if you had informed us or our property manager of your wishes, then we could have arranged further sunbeds to be made available immediately. Superb

We had a lovely family holiday at this superb villa. Only 15 mins from Larnaca Airport in a lovely unspoilt part of Cyprus. Quiet location with a few typical Cypriot restaurants nearby. The villa had everything we needed and is of a high standard. We were very impressed with the amount of equipment in the kitchen. WiFi was a bonus to look up places to visit. Mike the manager was extremely helpful and recommended some lovely places to eat. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa.

A beautifully appointed holiday villa in a picturesque little village only 20 minutes away from the lovely marina at Larnaca.

The villa boasts the best location on this lovely development for sun worshippers (like my good self!) as we get the sun from sunrise to sunset and it also has some beautiful views over the valley.

We are very much into cooking and like nothing more than rustling up a feast every night so as you can imagine the kitchen has everything you could think of, even a pestle and mortar to the great amusement of friends!!
