Detached villa with 3 ensuite double bedrooms. All bedrooms have sea facing terraces and air conditioning / heating.
All bedrooms have great sea views whilst lying in bed!
Good sized living area with fitted kitchen including hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher.
Cloakroom.
Outside there is a 10 x 4m infinity pool ( heated Oct - May )
Purpose built BBQ
Large seating areas, gardens, and parking for up to 2 vehicles.
The villa enjoys magnificent views along the North Cyprus coastline, sunsets on the patio and 1st floor terrace are essential!

The villa is situated close to Esentepe village with supermarkets, a bank, and most everyday facilities. In addition, there are also a number of good family run restaurants and bars.

The only golf course in Northern Cyprus is located at the Korineum Golf and Country Club which is a less than 10-minute drive away. this is
also a great place to eat /drink/relax & SPA

The beaches close at hand include Alagadi beach which is a protected and unspoiled area renowned for the turtles. Our favorite beach is located at Kaplica, a 25-minute drive away featuring beautiful golden sand and safe swimming.

The sandy ESENTEPE BEACH is located only a few minutes drive east, along the coast road
( entrance at the turning to the Tempo supermarket )

This new beach in Esentepe is now complete!
The project to redo the scenic sandy cove behind Tempo in Esentepe to a private beach with sun loungers and parasols has been going on for over a year. It is Esentepe’s municipality that initiated this wonderful beach project is welcomed by residents and tourists. It is a very positive step for the whole of Esentepe, which is constantly growing, as many foreign buyers decide to invest in holiday homes in the beautiful coastal area.
At the beach, there is also a volleyball court and a large restaurant with a beautiful view of the Mediterranean.
The restaurant / bar / cafe serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner and is open until late every day.

Die Villa besticht durch ihre hervorragende Lage mit einem fantastischen Ausblick. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter vor der Anreise klappte perfekt, Wegbeschreibung, Schlüsselcode usw. Jedoch enttäuschte uns die Sauberkeit des Objekts. Wir mussten bei Anreise erstmal kräftig durchfegen, da uns Spinnenweben und das ausgestreutes Ameisenpulver empfingen. Auch die Außenanlagen waren durch die angrenzenden Bauaktivitäten sehr verstaubt, genauso der Pool. Handtücher waren ausreichend vorhanden, ebenso Besteck und Geschirr. Jedoch machte die Bettwäsche einen sehr verschlissenen Eindruck. In der Gesamtheit war es ok, jedoch erwarte ich für die hohe Miete mehr Qualität.

Villa mit wunderschönem Ausblick aufs Meer

Die Villa hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Die Ausstattung war von guter Qualität. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet und enthalten bequeme Betten. Das Highlight ist der grosse Pool mit dem grandiosen Ausblick aufs Meer. Der Pool wurde während unserem Aufenthalt 2 Mal gereinigt und war deshalb in einem tadellosen Zustand. Die Zeit auf der Terrasse war Erholung pur. Ein grosses Dankeschön für das Startset (Brot, Butter, Äpfel, Wein, Kekse, Fruchtsäfte). Diese Aufmerksamkeit haben wir sehr geschätzt. Während unserer Ferienwoche hatten wir kein funktionierendes Wlan. Trotz Bemühungen des Besitzers und eines Technikers konnte das Wlan nicht zum Funktionieren gebracht werden. Eine Empfehlung für andere Gäste ist das Café Paris, welches in der Nähe liegt. Dort kann man Brot und andere Gebäcke für das Frühstück kaufen oder bei schönster Aussicht die Spezialitäten des Lokals geniessen.

Lovely family holiday

Immaculate villa, with stunning views & just a great place to relax with your your partner &/or your clan. Not impossible to enjoy without a car but, given the location, a car is a must if you want to venture out or try different restaurants a little further afield. Not been to northern Cyprus, before, but highly recommend as it's a different type of holiday to the south (less developed/less tourists) & we found it very enjoyable. Local people are very friendly.

Très décevant pour le prix très élevé …

Expérience désastreuse Le propriétaire n’a pas daigné nous transmettre les éléments d’information pour récupérer les clés de la villa. On a dû débourser du hors forfait plus de 100 euros pour le contacter D’autre part la villa était infestée de cafards et le descriptif de l’annonce n’était absolument pas conforme à la réalité.

Superior property beautiful location pool such an asset sunsets to die for. Stewart was amazing responded promptly to any questions/queries we had even those months prior to arriving. Highly recommended this spacious property. You should consider car hire which was so easy (drive same side of road as uk So thank you so much for giving us the pleasure of staying and having a truly relaxing holiday

Great villa with a fantastic heated pool.

The villa is spacious and well appointed. The views are 180 degrees out to sea and are truly magnificent. We chose this villa for the highly effective heated pool and would recommend this over an unheated pool to anyone if not in mid summer.

Villa Blue Horizons

This Executive Villa was perfect for our needs, well equiped, clean and well maintained, and the position and view is just stunning, we had excelent help and service from the manager, and have recomended this to friends and family, and will definitely be booking to stay there again. There is plenty to do, with beeches for swimming and snorkling, close to the Golf course, sightseeing around the Island, shoping, the restaraunts are good and great value, or you can sit, swim, relax,cook or BBQ at your leisure by your own private Pool, in peace and tranquility, ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT Alan & Jenny.

We are a retired couple with grown-up children, and when we go on holiday we like a high standard of accommodation. In 2004 we found a fantastic seafront location in Northern Cyprus and had to buy the view. We spent a long time selecting the design and furnishings to ensure the best comfort and for relaxation, taking 5 years to build we now share our time between the UK and North Cyprus. This property has been built, with no expense spared, and is therefore is kept in excellent condition, ensuring it is also in tip-top condition for our guests and friends.
