Jasmine Villa est un relativement nouveau, bien Ă©quipĂ©e, et bien meublĂ©es propriĂ©tĂ© climatisĂ© de 4 chambres Ă  coucher avec son propre bien entretenu jeu de piscine privĂ©e dans un excellent emplacement avec vue panoramique presque ininterrompues sur la mer et la plage Ă  couper le souffle de la montagne Besparmak. La villa est spacieuse, lumineuse et aĂ©rĂ©e. Il est situĂ© dans un petit dĂ©veloppement de sĂ©lection au pied de la colline menant au village de Esentepe, Ă  environ 200m de la mer, et situĂ© dans un clos sĂ©curisĂ©, pestait, et jardin clos contenant une variĂ©tĂ© de plantes mĂ©diterranĂ©ennes. Ravines de chaque cĂŽtĂ© veiller Ă  ce que la villa bĂ©nĂ©ficie d'une grande intimitĂ©. La villa peut accueillir jusqu'Ă  8 adultes et deux bĂ©bĂ©s / enfants en bas Ăąge dans des lits. Il est adaptĂ© aux enfants, Ă©tant spĂ©cifiquement Ă©quipĂ© pour accueillir les jeunes enfants avec un haut niveau d'Ă©quipement de bĂ©bĂ© / enfant en bas Ăąge disponibles pour minimiser ce que les parents ont besoin pour prendre des vacances. Cependant, la villa serait tout aussi attrayant pour les visiteurs adultes-seulement comme l'Ă©quipement des enfants est discret. Perfect for the hole family

Stay at the jasmine villa for 11 days and it was an amazing villa had everything you’d need and more the villa is beautiful the pictures don’t do it justice I couldn’t recommend it enough to be honest They also provided great information about the local area and the restaurants that are near by If your thinking about going to northern Cyprus this is definitely a villa you’d want to stay in !

Have been to villas in Northern Cyprus before but this one is in a league of its own it’s everything and more that you would wish for in a holiday villa, cleanliness,information, location yes you need a car to get about but that’s not a problem.Plenty of good places to eat. Or cook at the Villa it’s like a home from home. Communication with the owners was first rate questions where answered very quickly

Parents first time to Northern Cyprus

Upon researching places for my parents to have a week away I found this lovely villa. (I am their travel agent!!) The villa was as described and in fact they did a video call whilst they were there so I could see for myself. A lovely villa with everything they needed and communication was excellent. Very quick responses to questions. They found some lovely local restaurants to eat in and liked to go to the village for the evening meals as preferred less touristy. They had a wonderful, much needed break away and would highly recommend Neil and his lovely villa. Thank you

A charming & beautiful villa in Esentepe with glorious views of the sea and mountains.

The host was amazing with communication and sent all necessary check in details including a list of local amenities, tourist attractions & even emergency/ hospital details if needed. - There’s an offer of a welcome Package that is worth considering on arrival to help settle in. - car hire is essential and getting to have reliable Taxi service using the drop location is advisable as addresses can be tricky to locate for Taxi’s. - Property Manager always readily available on WhatsApp to respond to needs same as owner. - Villa has beautiful views of the see and mountains - The private pool at the pool is big and kept clean and the water always lovely and warm and the lighting is even more gorgeous for an evening swim. - All the room are clean and spacious and fitted with an air con - definitely coming back and highly recommend this one, photos do not do justice to this beautiful place.

We love this Villa, we have visited Jasmine Villa 3 times in just over a year. The Villa is cared for by the owners and they make sure they have everything you need for a great Holiday. As things wear out they replace and they stay on top of all the maintenance and cleaning. You will not find a better sunset - sit on the top balcony and watch the sun set on the sea just across the water. The kitchen has everything you need and there is plenty of space to sit in and eat. or their is a huge terrace upstairs - looking forward to next year !!

Great Holiday in a beautiful location

This is our second trip to this lovely Home from Home. The great thing about Jasmine Villa is the owners think about and care about the visitors, the cupboards in the lounge have games a puzzles, indoor and out. Pool toys etc etc. My children spent hours playing a simple hoop throwing game, rather than being glued to computer consoles and tablets. The rooms are well appointed and nicely laid out, the kitchen has everything you need, including a cocktail shaker and a book on cocktails (see they have thought of everything) The location is second to none, Ercan is 30mins away. Thank you again and we will see you again in August.

Owners, Jon & Helen Davis, are a professional couple living in the south of England. They have two children so know the difficulties in taking young children abroad. They have therefore ensured guests with babies or toddlers have access to a high level of suitable equipment, ensuring that the villa contains many safety features.

They equally wish to cater for adults-only visitors and therefore equipment for children is largely out of sight.

Jon and Helen, and Jon's parents have extensive knowledge of Northern Cyprus & in particular the Kyrenia region, having stayed in the area many times over the last 30 years.

Jon & Helen took possession of this new property in 2010 having watched progress during the building stage.

Esentepe is a lovely quietish but developing area set in the foothills of the beautiful Besparmak mountain range, topped with pine trees. It is far enough away from the bustle of Kyrenia - with its pretty harbour - but close enough to enjoy all that Kyrenia has to offer when required.

Esentepe is a quaint, largely unspoilt village, and is often described as the gateway to the beautiful but more remote Karpas peninsular. A new but largely deserted highway allows much easier access to the Karpas than hitherto.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The unique benefits of Jasmine Villa are: Privacy. Spacious accommodation. Child-friendliness and high level of baby/toddler equipment which is unobtrusive. Attractive garden with large expanse of artificial grass. Secure premises. Ample car-parking.
A well maintained private pool. Wonderful views of the mountains and sea. Cooling breezes from the mountains. Black-out blinds in bedrooms to enjoy a good night's sleep - so many properties do not have these! Easy access to village shops, local supermarkets, pharmacy, petrol station, currency exchange, restaurants and bars. Easy access to the main road to Kyrenia, the mountain passes, beautiful nearby sandy beaches and the Karpas peninsular.

The villa enjoys a high level of privacy. With ravines either side and just a single obscured glass window from the one lower level property, guests cannot be seen while using the terrace or the covered patio or in the pool.
