I'm really pleased to know you enjoyed the villa, though I am sorry that you had to deal with the Sahara rains during the week, and had some issues during your stay. It's worth sharing here, for prospective clients : there are two things which we are certain that should one do, will ensure they're able to maximise enjoyment of the villa, and also rectify any ambiguities or issues that may arise when staying in a rental villa. One thing is to utilise the house information guide as a source of reference. Its content has been built up, refined and improved upon over years of rentals and with the help of feedback from hundreds of clients. It's a great source of info. And the second thing is not to hesitate in contacting us should any assistance be needed. Our priority is that every client gets the best out of their stay, and for this reason, in respect to the matter, we make the following comment at the very end of the reservation confirmation email : "should you notice anything that isn't working as it should or that something is missing, please let us know so that we're able to have the issue addressed as soon as possible. We do our utmost to ensure everything is as it should be, but with such a house - with so many parts and facilities - perfection is tricky, but with your feedback we can get closer. This also applies to any suggestions for improvement or additional items... all feedback is greatly welcome."

For any prospective clients reading: we have now decided to remove the option of the extra spare bed in the mezzanine room as we feel that having 9 or 10 people in the house undermines the experience of the villa. Occupancy is now set to 8 people maximum.
