Excellent stay at sagitario apt

This property is clean with all the amenities you need in an ideal location for bars shops and transport communication with owner shaun was first class and manager Sammy was very welcoming and helpful would definitely stay again

From booking in to meeting the manager the process was so easy ,the location of apartment is very central to everything and had everything we needed from kitchen appliances to iron to plenty of coat hangers ,well worth the money we paid

Thank you for your stay and for sharing your feedback. The studio is compact, as shown in the listing, but we’re pleased you found it well located and easy to access with public transport nearby. Regarding the kitchen setup, there isn’t space for a full oven in this type of studio, and gas appliances are not permitted in this building in line with local regulations, as is the case with many similar apartments in the area. To offer good cooking flexibility within these limits, the apartment includes two electric hobs, a microwave with convection function, and a Ferrari multi‑purpose pizza oven, which many guests find very convenient. During your stay, the water heater unexpectedly failed, and I appreciate your patience while it was resolved. A new unit was installed within 24 hours to restore hot water as quickly as possible. Thank you also for your kind words about communication. Wishing you all the best for your future travels.

You get what you booked

The communication with the people in charge beforehand and during the stay was very pleasant. The apartment is small, but has everything you need and it is only 15 minutes walk to the beach. The big criticism is that the apartment was unfortunately obviously not cleaned before our arrival (despite cleaning fee). The surfaces and floor were visibly dirty, so we spent the first half of the 1st day cleaning the apartment. If the apartment had been clean there really wouldn't have been anything to complain about, however the washing machine doesn't really work well either, but this is a bonus in our opinion anyway. All in all, you get a very inexpensive apartment for 2 people with a good location. We were basically satisfied with our stay.

I grew up in this part of Benalmadena & it is like a second home to me. We normally always take our holidays here because we love the location & we can catch up with old friends.
