This property is clean with all the amenities you need in an ideal location for bars shops and transport communication with owner shaun was first class and manager Sammy was very welcoming and helpful would definitely stay again

From booking in to meeting the manager the process was so easy ,the location of apartment is very central to everything and had everything we needed from kitchen appliances to iron to plenty of coat hangers ,well worth the money we paid

You get what you booked

The communication with the people in charge beforehand and during the stay was very pleasant. The apartment is small, but has everything you need and it is only 15 minutes walk to the beach. The big criticism is that the apartment was unfortunately obviously not cleaned before our arrival (despite cleaning fee). The surfaces and floor were visibly dirty, so we spent the first half of the 1st day cleaning the apartment. If the apartment had been clean there really wouldn't have been anything to complain about, however the washing machine doesn't really work well either, but this is a bonus in our opinion anyway. All in all, you get a very inexpensive apartment for 2 people with a good location. We were basically satisfied with our stay.

El piso está bien, tiene de todo. La única pega que le pongo es que las cortinas son muy claras y entra mucha luz por las mañanas. Con el propietario muy buena comunicación.

The property is centrally located in the very popular Gamonal area, close to all ammenities including Bonanza or Ibensa square, & is only a 10 minute walk to the beach or to the centre of Arroyo de la Miel.
