Nascosto dietro le aspre scogliere, troverete lo sviluppo pacifico di Towan Valley e le sue case dal design contemporaneo. A soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Porthtowan e dai servizi del villaggio locale, oltre a molte altre bellissime passeggiate costiere che lo rendono ideale per gli escursionisti. La struttura offre tutti gli elettrodomestici moderni, inclusi TV a schermo piatto e WiFi gratuito. Perfetto per vacanze in famiglia, week-end, attività fuori stagione fuori stagione o semplicemente appassionati surfisti che desiderano letteralmente camminare dalla proprietà con la tavola da surf (deposito sicuro fornito) sulla spiaggia! Fantastic property / great location

If anything the pictures understate how nice this property is. It feels like a family home rather than a rental. It’s really well equipped and a short walk to the beach / village. We’d definitely stay again.

Great location for exploring this part of Cornwall

Lovely spacious property. Very well presented; every utensil required to make your stay easy; great welcome pack of essentials to make arrival more homely; easy, friendly communication with the owner. What an amazing property. Great communication from the owners. Really warm considering time of year. Beds comfortable. Had everything you needed as a family. Well equipped. Had a disabled Mum with me and suited her well. So close to the beach. Will definitely book again. Thank you.

Good House

Good,well equipped, spacious house. Host very helpful. Plenty of towels. Welcome pack lovely. Not for people with mobility issues as it's up a steep hill. You need a car as taxis are very expensive. Popular towns are some distance away. Without own transport you're stuck. Local shopping facilities very limited. House ants problem. Cleanliness a bit patchy. Noise from kids in nearby house very early in am.

Schönes Haus

Schöne Doppelhaushälfte in einer Ferienhaussiedlung. Zufahrt nur einspurig befahrbar und relativ eng. Vom Haus aus kein Meerblick. Haus sehr gepflegt, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Zutaten für erstes, reichhaltiges Frühstück waren im Kühlschrank und die Vermieter waren sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Sehr großzügiger Parkplatz. Alles, was man brauchte, war vorhanden. Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen.

Lovely Porthtowan holiday house

A perfect house for a holiday in Porthtowan and to see the surrounding attractions. The house was perfect for us with a high chair for our toddler, a well equipped kitchen and comfy beds and sofas. The walk up the hill was less of a challenge than I had expected - you just need to be prepared for this.

Perfect holiday home

We loved our holiday in Cornwall and this holiday home was perfect in every way as was the host, Ailsa. This home was plenty spacious for our family of 5 (3 teenagers) and is so handy for the beach, which is idyllic. The house has everything you could possibly need from body boards to baskets for your shoes at the front door. Definitely a well thought out holiday home. Thank you for contributing to a memorable holiday.

Perfect Location

This house has everything for your stay, it’s a real home from home. It’s a perfect location to explore the coast and Porthowan is a great place with a few places to eat and drink! The beach is fabulous and we even managed a swim in the tidal pool when the sea was too rough to bodyboard in. Ailsa’s communication was brilliant throughout. The only very small downside was the very soft beds - but that’s down to personal preference and it didn’t ruin the holiday at all!

A lovely home from home..

Ailsa is a wonderful host and her communication throughout was fantastic. Valentyne has everything you need and more. The decor is beautiful and the light in the master bedroom is stunning! We did find the steep hill a problem for myself (recovering from cancer treatment) and my elderly mother but I would consider returning when I am fitter! An enjoyable stay, shame about the weather.. 😂

Excellent stay at the Eco Village Porthtowan

The property is very well maintained, in an excellent location, Beach is 5-10 mins walk, 2 mins drive to Porthtowan Beach. The property was clean and all you need for a family stay including body boards, buckets and spades etc for young kids. The property owner Ailsa was extremely helpful. Gwithian Beach 20 mins drive away well worth a visit as is Constantine Bay 30 mins drive. Perranporth as well as a bit more lively with good bars during the evening. Highly recommended.

Lovely stay with family

Lovely property , clean and a great thoughtful welcome pack. Very comfortable decor ans food location would definitely come again. Suggestions for improvement - resort wide WiFi was a bit temperamental if needing to log in to anything important- and this is essential as no phone or 4G signal there Also maybe a bigger outdoor dining table should more Than. 4 people be staying eg a picnic type table ?

Our stay in Porthtowan

The property is a modern, comfortable and very well equipped house. It is within a small complex of purpose built eco houses in a valley a short climb from the centre of the village and beach. The village is not too developed, which suited us and has direct access to the SW coastal; path with magnificent sea and cliff views. Communication with property holder was excellent.

Welcome Break

The property was exactly as described and more. It had all the amenities you could wish for. I have never seen such a well equipped property. There was a small problem with the flush on the toilet which was fixed within 24 hours. Overall full marks well deserved.

Perfect holiday home

We stayed here for a week Sept ‘20. It was just perfect. Great space for us (4 adults & two children). We brought everything with us but the wonderful owners have already supplied everything you need from children’s plates, cutlery etc, Tupperware, beach toys, stair gate and so on. The space outside the house was great for our little one to play. Only a 5 min walk to the beach. We really felt at home, which made our week that much more relaxing. Yummy cookies, orange juice, milk and bread on arrival was lovely. We also received a message from the owner on our way down wishing us a safe journey, this just shows the extra mile they go. We are sisters who bought and named our beach house, 'Valentyne', in memory of our much loved Father. We live in Berkshire and Somerset respectively with our families and wanted to have somewhere to spend family holidays close to the beach.

The stunning Cornish coastline and beautiful beaches in the area made it an easy decision for us to buy our beach house. There are so many villages and towns within easy reach of Porthtowan and the area provides a plethora of activities, walks and areas of natural beauty - there really is something for everyone!

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

The fact that you are able to park your car and not use it for a few days really appealed to us as Porthtowan beach is literally a 5 minute walk from the beach house. Local amenities are also all within a 5-7 minute walk. Porthtowan is a lovely small surfing village situated on the North Coast which provides some of the best surfing conditions in the country. Our beach house has a contemporary feel with extensive use of wood and glass in the design. The sloping Sedum roof gives it a unique appearance and you will find it is fully equipped with all modern appliances ensuring all your needs are catered for, for a fun, relaxing and memorable holiday.
