Welcome to Chapel House, a spacious and characterful 4-bedroom home sleeping up to 8 guests, perfectly located for exploring Ramsbottom and the beautiful Lancashire countryside.



Chapel House is a quirky, characterful property with an unusual multi-level layout. As part of its charm, there are lower ceiling heights in some areas, particularly on the staircases, so taller guests will need to mind their heads!



The home has four double bedrooms, two bathrooms (including one en-suite), a comfortable lounge, conservatory, fully equipped kitchen and a large private garden.

Lower level: Kitchen, garden access and double bedroom with en-suite

Entry level: Lounge, conservatory and double bedroom

Upper level: Two double bedrooms and family bathroom



There are Smart TVs for streaming, fresh bed linen and towels provided for every stay, and a private driveway with parking for up to 2 cars.



🌿 Please note: The property has a private garden; however, garden furniture is not provided.



Important before booking: Chapel House has several internal staircases and some low ceiling/head-height areas. Due to its quirky multi-level layout, it may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.



Located close to Ramsbottom, you'll have easy access to independent shops, cafés and restaurants, as well as Holcombe Hill, Peel Tower, Nuttall Park and the East Lancashire Railway.

Guest Access:

Chapel House is located within a secure property. A code is required to enter the apartment block. Full access instructions, including the code and entry steps, will be provided 48 hours before check-in once your booking is confirmed.



🚗 Parking

We offer free on-site parking for two vehicles on the private driveway at the front of the house. Additionally, there is ample on-street parking available on both sides of Whalley Road, directly outside the property.

To ensure a safe, clean, and respectful environment for all guests, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following rules:



🚭 No Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.



A £50 fine per guest will be charged for anyone found smoking indoors.



Guests may be asked to leave immediately without a refund.



Tampering with fire safety equipment (e.g., smoke detectors) will result in a £200 fine, immediate eviction, and no refund.



If you need to smoke, please do so outside the building – and remember to take your keys with you to avoid being locked out.



🧹 Cleanliness & Property Condition

Please leave the apartment as you found it:



Wash all dishes and tidy up before departure.



Additional charges may apply if excessive cleaning is required.



👥 Guests & Visitors

Only registered guests are permitted to stay.



Any unauthorised visitors or additional guests may be charged up to £30 per person, per day at the host’s discretion.



⏰ Check-Out Time

Standard check-out is 10:00 AM.



Late check-outs without prior approval will incur a £20 per hour charge, rounded up to the next full hour – this is at the host’s discretion.



🔐 Keys & Security

Please keep the property locked at all times.



Return all keys and fobs to the lockbox on departure.



A £100 fee applies for lost keys or fobs.
